It is deeply disheartening how they take so long to give you, your own money back to you. They have serious problems when it comes to giving you funds. Claim 10-15 days and then exceeding that is 1. False adverti*****t and ******* 2. Just plain unprofessional. I can’t make live or eat now because you decide to me my money when you want to, just unprofessional
I requested to receive a payment from my trust 15 business days ago and still have not received it today. They say it take 10-15 days to receive your payment but for some reason it’s taking longer this time. I’m a student who needs to buy groceries and it’s really frustrating
I have been trying to get my funds from Sanlam for almost 2months I am tired I just want my money. Their customer service/care is the worst and nobody has regard on updating you as to how far they are with the process I just want my money please bathong I don’t wanna deal with Sanlam anymore

I have been calling, the customer service is extremely terrible they don’t come back to you when you want to claim funds. They seem to want to frustrate you. I have sent multiple emails and none have been attended to and it’s been weeks I call and the assistants are all rude and don’t have patience
