Excellent service from Fairviw Wine Estate

Developing into my fave online wine site. 2nd order Thursday night - delivered this morning 1100. Had issues with connevtivity and payment process and ended up duplicating order. Sorted in 5 mins next morning via online chat in their web site and all confirmed via email immediately. They seem to have a very jacked up operation. Good wines in my budget range too. And, requested delivery agent to call ahead prior ro delivery to ensure thsat I'm home to accept (this is where good order execution/delivery experience usually breaks down) and Hooray! - got an sms from courier agent to advise order out for delivery and the driver called me ahead of arrival. 5 star rating given without hesitation!
