Faithinaction. Life destroyer
Thanks to this company i lost my furniture. Arrangements were made to collect my furniture in East London on the 15th December 2021. Vic waz the contact. I remained in contact with Vic to confirm my move, my company paid the deposit required. Informed my landlord that we will be out of the house on the 15th. New tenants moved in the 16th. We had to delay the tenants moves, resulting in us leaving on the evening of the 15th leaving our furniture behind for my son to deal with the movers. First Vic took my calls and advised me the truck broke down and another mover will pick up our furniture, this never happened. Then the calls to Vic went unansweres, and eventually my calls were blocked. As the new tenants were moving in, my furniture was removed. Thanks to Faithinaction, we have lost everything and now having to buy furniture of which we have no money to do so. Our new home we have with no furniture. What an awful Christmas this has turned out to be. Wifes and daughters clothes were at the old house, they have nothing to wear. Furniture we bought and owe money on gone. So who will foot this bill? Never ever ever ever make use of this company. My company will be dealing with these people via legal action due to the deposit paid,, but i now have to bear the costs of having to rebuild our lives with the loss of our possessions. Thanks Vic. Just remember, what goes around comes around. You will get your day. My God is Bigger than you!

05 Apr 2022, 11:34Thank you very much for this review. Bruce is now mentioning the whole story or truth of what exactly transpired. Truly we did delay in arriving at the house, and we kept in constant touch with them. I was behind the scheduled pick up time by 4 hours and I did request that I should send another friend truck which was available and near him to pick up the stuff they I would collect it from them. Bruce specifically refused my offer and he told me not to bother as he had found another transport. Though l was in the area I did argue, I waited for 2 days in East London, as I was hoping to get return loads back to JHB as my load was cancelled. I then found another return load in Port Elizabeth and I left for PE, while on the way I received a call from Bruce if I was still available to move him as the transporter he had earlier chose kept on demanding more money as truly there were extra goods of about 500cu.
I agreed to go back and assist him though I had already travelled 50km out of East London torwards PE. Bruce was in constant touch with that transporter who had already collected his stuff and they were arguing as bruce wanted to collect that stuff and hand it over to me, the transporter refused and I had gone back to East London hoping to collect the stuff. Only to be told not to bother as that transporter refused to hand over the goods meaning I went there twice and Bruce seems to quickly change transporters
