Absolutely horrific experience with this company. Arrived 5 hours late for pickup with a subcontracted truck and casual/piece labour with zero experience in moving. Vic unavailable on cell. No Blankets or bubble-wrap, used my blankets and sheets to attempt wrapping unsuccessfully. Truck arrived 6 hours late in Port Elizabeth and had picked up some guys off the street (who were high) to offload. Large amount of damage to my goods and now Vic is hiding behind insurance and refusing to compensate me for my damages. Absolutely disgusting service.

This company is corrupt. My belongings stored in one of their trucks have been missing for 18 hours now. Apparently the truck broke down on the highway and we had no idea what was going on. The owner of the company Victor Chimanyi simply did not answer his phone when we wanted to enquire what was going on. The next day half of my belongings were still left at my previous place of residence, while the contract with Chimanyi was that everything will be moved in one day. I am loosing my deposit since the new residents cannot move into my previous place of residence. No one at Faith inaction logistics can provide answers. I consider them as highly unfaithful, dishonest unprofessional and disrespectful. I am seeing my attorney tomorrow to sue the **** out of them. Stay away from them. Do not support fraudious companies

Due to lies and inconsistent stories, and demand for extra money to the tune of R6500 after a quote was approved by my company, but now we have lost our furniture. We have a new home and no place to sleep, our furniture was later picked up by another company and subsequently lost. Faithinaction logistics must steered clear of at all costs. Our deposit we paid will probably never be seen again. My family and i face a very dark and sad Christmas due to Faithinaction actions. No doubt their comback will be one to make us look bad. Faithinaction Logistics have cost us dearly. Hope you are satisfied that you have in effect made us homeless.

Thanks to this company i lost my furniture. Arrangements were made to collect my furniture in East London on the 15th December 2021. Vic waz the contact. I remained in contact with Vic to confirm my move, my company paid the deposit required. Informed my landlord that we will be out of the house on the 15th. New tenants moved in the 16th. We had to delay the tenants moves, resulting in us leaving on the evening of the 15th leaving our furniture behind for my son to deal with the movers. First Vic took my calls and advised me the truck broke down and another mover will pick up our furniture, this never happened. Then the calls to Vic went unansweres, and eventually my calls were blocked. As the new tenants were moving in, my furniture was removed. Thanks to Faithinaction, we have lost everything and now having to buy furniture of which we have no money to do so. Our new home we have with no furniture. What an awful Christmas this has turned out to be. Wifes and daughters clothes were at the old house, they have nothing to wear. Furniture we bought and owe money on gone. So who will foot this bill? Never ever ever ever make use of this company. My company will be dealing with these people via legal action due to the deposit paid,, but i now have to bear the costs of having to rebuild our lives with the loss of our possessions. Thanks Vic. Just remember, what goes around comes around. You will get your day. My God is Bigger than you!

Moving home is a life changing exercise. Not only is it cumbersome but it damages and depreciates your furniture and goods. Never a splendid experience. Until I met Vic from Faithinaction Logistics. I quickly obtained 5 quotes online and Vic immediately shown direct contact and service. Not only was this the best service but also the most affordable quote that could meet my planned moving dates. We were all set to go, booking sheet completed and all. I refused to pay a deposit upfront and Vic accepted my offer to pay cash on the day of the move. To impress me even more I requested 2 days before the move to expedite my moving date by a day, and sure enough they accommodated me. On our big day, expedited big day, Darlington and his team arrives in a clean well presented truck. Had a quick view of what needs to be done and off they went. In a jiffy they were wrapped and packed and ready to roll. They treated by furniture as if it were their own. The offloading went even better. This was (and I am serious when I am saying this) the first time I moved in my life (from 21 times) that I can truly say no furniture was damaged. None whatsoever. This friendly service and dedicated team of movers surely impressed my socks off. Thank you Vic, you and your team were a breeze to work with. Surely worth the praises and positive word of mouth that is to-be.
