Worst service ever
Worst service ever. I bought prescription glasses and I told them I cannot see through the lenses, even though they claimed to have used my current prescription. Their so called optician tried to gaslight me, claiming my eyes would eventually adjust to the lenses! I told her I had been wearing prescription glasses for 15 years and never had this problem and she thought it's the perfect time to tell me how qualified she is

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. I bought prescription glasses and I told them I cannot see through the lenses, even though they claimed to have used my current prescription. Loved the service but left disappointed
I visited Falco Milano at Menlyn on 27 March and had an amazing experience with Milan and Thabang, who went above and beyond to ensure I got my 2 pairs of prescription glasses same day. Their dedication and excellent service left a great impression. However, my recent visit was a letdown when I was told that the staff member who assisted me is no longer at the Menlyn branch. I was told I could find her at another branch, but I specifically wanted her and Thabang to handle my glasses. I'm left wondering what arrangements can be made to ensure I receive the same level of service from the staff I've grown to trust? I'm forced to take my money elsewhere since I can't get the service I desire. Until then, I'll wait for the answer before visiting the branch again.

Best Experience EVER!
It was the best experience I’ve had! They were professional and wonderful to work with guiding me through choosing the correct frames and assisting me with all my questions. The Sales assistant, Billy Mthiyane was a star!!⭐️ She was incredible and so accommodating. There was an issue where the optometrist sent the wrong prescription and we only realized after the glasses were made and they sorted everything out without a thought 🙏🏽 and I now have a fantastic pair of glasses with a matching sunglasses set! I highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and fantastic quality!!

Don’t waste your money , extremely well marketed with this discount and that discount with the worse quality. I have cheap non branded glasses that will outlast FM. It’s lost its aesthetic metal pin and just chipping away little by little . Sent an email with no response. That’s my last buy from FM

The after sales service from Tshego from Falco Milano in centurion was amazing I received my glasses today an am absolutely satisfied and I got more than what I was promised totally amazing would never consider going anywhere else
