Didn't request a DI . System now throttled. Multiple calls with the worst telephone ethics. We have to pay whilst the system is throttled.
Bought meat from Frontline Hillfox. First chicken wings were rotten. Was refunded.Today a whole beef roast was planned only to find the entire rack of meat (which was not cheap) was off! Will NOT BE MAKING ANY FURTHER PURCHASES from FRONTLINE. Very disappointing third time round! Sausages were off as well!

Don’t waste your money , extremely well marketed with this discount and that discount with the worse quality. I have cheap non branded glasses that will outlast FM. It’s lost its aesthetic metal pin and just chipping away little by little . Sent an email with no response. That’s my last buy from FM
My Trimtec lawn mover was handed in within warranty on the 4th December 2024. Have not received it and apparently closes on the 13th December . Might not receive it before Christmas .Grass is long and no one cares. Not buying via Builders again .Game stores and Makro is by far better customer support .

Ordered a whole lot of bedding items and beds for my kids . Firstly the items came in different orders . Then found out no stock on 2 x duvet covers . Then they deliver 2 out of the 3 beds . SPOKE TO MARTIN with no help . Then to Zanele at the call center with no help . Spoke to Mokadi Mashelowane , can't explain why . Asked for a manager .Farhzana who is a manager who instructed Mokadi not to share her details . WORST service . DONT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE , PLENTY OF OTHER WAYS TO SAVE YOUR SANITY AND MAKE YOUR KIDS HAPPY .
ALL figures never add up , worst experience of my life ,No one knows why accounts are paid even after being settle . Hyphen figures are always wrong . Call center is a night like speaking to a bunch of robots . Escalation goes no where .
Made multiple attempts to have my situation reviewed but , they intentionally call a wrong number and send a mail . Hyphen is the distribution company who shows that my account is paid up , but claim they not responsible for the figures…DB refers to internal retention specialist but he knows nothing like the rest . Gent name Athenkosi who signed me up more than 6 years ago also knows nothing .DONT USE DB,YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR HAPPINESS AND JOY FOR A LONG TIME RESULTING IN MANY ISSUES . BEWARE
We just about completing our payment to Debtbusters , paid for 6 years . Early this year had a repossession letter for our car . I had to show proof of payment. Now the say I owe on another account but I proof of the the distribution agent paying R151 000 . I call and a consultant says it’s paid up and another says it has been terminated. Horrible services at the time of coming out of review .
