Since this store opened I've never purchased from them always went to sunshine cash&carry. Since end November 2025 we decided do our monthly shopping from your store and I'm stung how disrespectful your staff are at first i left it. They stand in bundles and chat in the als if you greet them helo how are you they look at you like WFT you now breaking there conversation is you ask assistant they to scared open there mouth to help you accordingly. I've e also noticed in December prices on the shelf and on slip is not the same but every time im just keeping quiet. Sunday the 1 February 2026 we go to the store agian. Stock is pack at pricing were is not spouse to be pack so i took a hair product shelf said 26.99 when i left the store and check the slip R72. 99 half of what i took pricing is not what i saw on the shelf.. Anyway took the hair product back and asked the lady assisting me why is everything wrong she said mam lets go have a look so i took mayonnaise which i saw R26.99 scan R32.99 so we went to the shelf your staff decided to close open space with other mayonnaise and leave the other mayonnaise price still in the sleft so i said that not how it works if you complete a space a price should be removed from the shelf. Your wonderful worker ROBETSON decides to tell me in my face next time i should look beter and read. Told his very disrespectful he rep**** again and say look properly. Ive sent a message to ask were i can complain on WhatsApp someone tried to phone once i sent message agian no answer very poor service Your staff have no respect no clue of merchandise and definitely not friendly to customers customers in any why

Every time you go there, the cashiers and packers make such a noise you cant even concentrate . Brought it to management attention, but they just brush it off,. Screaming from one cashier to the other, talking while the customers are waiting to be served, or are being served, they still carry on with their conversations, absolutely crazy, the place could use a bit of a clean.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Frontline Hyper Hillfox. Staff are unhelpful, uninterested, and seem irritated when you ask for assistance. There is very little urgency or willingness to help customers, and basic questions are met with poor attitudes or no response at all. Queues are long, yet staff move slowly with no effort to improve the situation. When issues are raised, they are ignored rather than resolved. For a store of this size, the level of service is unacceptable. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I won’t be shopping at this branch again unless there is serious improvement.

If i could give 0 stars i would they say u can contactthem via customer service or on WhatsApp but when u do they ront respond or when u call they decline the call when u ask for stock on whether they will receive new stock they say they will get back to me with feedback and im still waiting and its 2weeks already.

Bought meat from Frontline Hillfox. First chicken wings were rotten. Was refunded.Today a whole beef roast was planned only to find the entire rack of meat (which was not cheap) was off! Will NOT BE MAKING ANY FURTHER PURCHASES from FRONTLINE. Very disappointing third time round! Sausages were off as well!

Please watch . There is a supplier Dreamlolly owned by Mohamed Kader and Sumaya kader that is supplying frontline . We have seen that they are purchasing their lollys and opening them and adding water to them to produce more . I had personally approached this guy . He said it’s none of my business . His wife is also selling items that is poor quality and when we ask for refund they said it’s bought as is please frontline hillfox . I shop a lot there . Please stop using this supplier , he will damage your company reputation and image . This guy has committed multiple ***** in KZN and JHB scheming people and business .
