While where do i start but short storie took me 2 years to apply for a new bed and let me tell you your sales lady Euane is a absolute star. Friendly, helpful, patience and just a pleasure to deal with. From the first call to every single message to the end. Hope you know that you are lucky to have her on your team. Since this store opened I've never purchased from them always went to sunshine cash&carry. Since end November 2025 we decided do our monthly shopping from your store and I'm stung how disrespectful your staff are at first i left it. They stand in bundles and chat in the als if you greet them helo how are you they look at you like WFT you now breaking there conversation is you ask assistant they to scared open there mouth to help you accordingly. I've e also noticed in December prices on the shelf and on slip is not the same but every time im just keeping quiet. Sunday the 1 February 2026 we go to the store agian. Stock is pack at pricing were is not spouse to be pack so i took a hair product shelf said 26.99 when i left the store and check the slip R72. 99 half of what i took pricing is not what i saw on the shelf.. Anyway took the hair product back and asked the lady assisting me why is everything wrong she said mam lets go have a look so i took mayonnaise which i saw R26.99 scan R32.99 so we went to the shelf your staff decided to close open space with other mayonnaise and leave the other mayonnaise price still in the sleft so i said that not how it works if you complete a space a price should be removed from the shelf. Your wonderful worker ROBETSON decides to tell me in my face next time i should look beter and read. Told his very disrespectful he rep**** again and say look properly. Ive sent a message to ask were i can complain on WhatsApp someone tried to phone once i sent message agian no answer very poor service Your staff have no respect no clue of merchandise and definitely not friendly to customers customers in any why
Worst service ever applying for a loan already on the 25th they say within 24 hours after everything is done payout will happen its been a week no feedback no communication telephone number is not working no reply on email application is still hanging
This is the worst ***** internet system after how many emails sent to change banking detail and then get the line cut off then after to start doing there job the change the details and debt a large amount once which was not confirmed by anyone i need someone to contact me regarding this because your staff get paid to do nothing is the worst since day 1 this service been **** and not worthed
Im so disappointed in GAME WESTGATE . brought a brand new microwave 4 month later have a noice take it back and they sending it for repairs. Need to wait 21days after getting the message im sending my parents to collection today what a experience. Staff is absolutely rude don't know whats going on sending them from one place to a other dont want to test the repair well its in the store ,well get at home open the box that they didnt even put tape glass is falling around just to take it out the box so see my touch botton plastic is damaged and i paid cash for this unit and this is the bad service you provide this is not fair to customer. If this is the *** service you provide ill never ever support any game store agian . And game store must learn there staff how to treat old people and customer because they dont know anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very disappointed is this so call insurance!!! I personally myself wil never ever recommended old mutual to anyone after today's service. My parents had insurance with them for years and never ever claimed once so after hearing on RSG radio station that there is so many people's that haven't claimed there money they decided to go in today and hear about there insurance so just to be help by a employee that cant even spell to be told no you lost both claims 5 years ago you lost everything how is this even possible no call or letter or any communication was made to inform them they had a unclaimed insurance to be paid out so is they lost it were did there money go to old ages people's in today's life just getting **** more and more you should be a shame by taking money from people to who it belongs to very bad ill never use your company agian *****ing peoples money
Very disappointed in cellc my payment was late and i phone them to ask if they can redo the debt and they said no they cant so when there is no money in the account they debt and make me pay for return of payment but when there is money in the account they dont debt and i did phone and now lossing extra money because they said no but doing it anyway R525 bank costs after a call was made call centre useless wil not do any upgrades again will cancelled all
Very unhappy about the service of this company. My husband passed away in 2012 and after all these years i received a sms that they looki g for the family of him due to a unsorted claim as i phone i was sent docoments to complet and sent back now every time when i phone they till me they cant get my email they dont know the person who sent me the docoments they can find him on the system and if i use the whatsapp line its says it wil be pay out in 10days still no answer not getting anywhere how can do you operate but dont know staff of anyone who can assist me keep putting my call throw to the next and next person and nobody knows nothing but email is for you and they phone my from sanlam how must i get this sorted after so many years you reach out to me give me hope and now nobody is prepaid to help ill take this more further if i dont get this sorted
Worst service ever !!!!! Got a device delivered 2 weeks ago since then ive been phoning and holding on lines for hours using my airtime and still my device is not active they said 48 hours its a week later then agian phone on Thursday and still not active so havent used it for the month but i must pay fisrt installment month end how is this even far ive beem promised calls back and nothing if i knew this i would have never open a account with this company. There is no customer service all !!!
Worst service ever i order food last night due to my parents no vehicle and we not home so the app give the wrong address after messaging the driver and trying to phone uber eats with no service getting hold of the driver telling me its a dangerous area but they always delivery so after getting the food after a hour 15min food was ice cold and not pleasant very unhappy about this **** service wil never order food from this app agian
