Very happy with rental buddies fast quick service Sean Rademeyer is the go to man he's service is great he went above and beyond for us ,my bed was scheduled for delivery yesterday bed got wet with rain in transport so they couldn't bring the wet bed i phoned Sean and yet again he went above and beyond to make sure my Delivery of my bed happend today great service i will recommend Rental buddies to everyone i know if you want a bed request for Sean he will sort you out in a wink of an eye.

My heart is extremely sore..... When I started dealing with Rental Buddies I app**** for a double bed and told them that I will pay the R1000 after the 24months to buy the bed and I have taken a single later that year as well. I have tried SINCE NOVEMBER last year sending several emails and several whatsapps and phone calls to assist me that i want to stop paying the R359 as I reached my 24 months last year already..... You guys are stilllllllllll deducting every month, which i feel is unfair as I reached the end of the contract and want to stop it since last year and NOBODY wants to assist me!!!!!! What do I do as I dont want to stop the debit order and get into trouble BUT how long do I still have to pay as this is going for 36 months now......

While where do i start but short storie took me 2 years to apply for a new bed and let me tell you your sales lady Euane is a absolute star. Friendly, helpful, patience and just a pleasure to deal with. From the first call to every single message to the end. Hope you know that you are lucky to have her on your team. I have signed a contract on the 5th of June 2025 last month and at the end of that month i made a payment of R1180 which includes monthly installment and delivery costs.Till this day i have not received my bed and they rather told me it's the suppliers who disappoints them which i want to know what has it got to do with me as a customer so i decided to ask for refund rather and it's more than a week now i have not recieved my refund and it's almost a 2 nd week gone but still nothing.I'm embarrassed with their service and so should they also

Firstly, I would like to personally send a massive thank you to Sean Rademeyer who took my very upset call well after working hours when we realized that we may have been ****med, he listened very calmly and then promised me that he would call me the next day with advice on what to do. He kept his word, and he called back. He wasn’t impatient even though I found myself repeating everything and he even managed to make the call more personal. After the saga, he then proceeded to assist us in procuring what we needed and advising us along the way by choosing the correct bed for our needs. No hassle in timelines or empty promise as to what would happen next. Everything he said, he did. I am extremely impressed with his services, kindness and expertise and would highly recommend that if you are looking for something more than just good service but expecting excellent service, request Sean Rademeyer personally and he will get it done.

Service and account do not work together.... accounts is so confused.... and Calvin is rude, not impressed with how he handled the situation and the way he treated my wife. You dont call months after an account is in arrears and then tell your client dont expect to get a month free when we did not even know, nor were we aware of this. We hope the head office can contact us and resolve this issue. We would like to deal with someone either than Calvin. I'm absolutely disappointed. Poor service delivery Also phoned me in October. 7 months after, too, apologize. Offer to exchange my bed for a new one to provide a better rating. !!! Guess what????? It is now December, and no call nor responding on WhatsApp, nothing. Service did not change. Poor service delivery again.

First bed we ordered last year no problems except for account issues. 2nd bed though we paid for delivery and first months payment has been deducted and only hot delivery 3 weeks later after a big argument. Eventually got our bed after all the constant follow-ups.
