Bad customer service....
I've had a few encounters with them where I place my order and they've run out of something, the manager comes and she says we waiting for stock to come, that's poor planning, then they go to the back and tell everyone you complaining, then they come out one by one, to see who you are, then they go to the back and rant in their language, so loud and unprofessional, sometimes you have to wait as the chicken isn't done yet and when you get the order the chicken is not even cooked properly, while I was busy complaining a customer walked in, and said, please don't give me raw chicken like the other time. Business is bad, and when people stay away, they blame the economy, but it's actually the service that turn the people away. I'm one of those customers who like to bring things like this to the establishment attention, and they can then rectify the problem.

Brilliant customer service 💯
Shop at Goldman Spar close to Clicks , absolutely awesome and amazing team , they do copies, printing, stationary,banners,etc.. at extremely reasonable prices, the staff is absolutely amazing , they work under pressure but they also help you with a smile 😄 very helpful , Andile, his very helpful, Anna and team you guys rock ....and to the owners too, when they walk in they make you feel welcome , like you family 😊😊😊😊

Bad customer service experience
Every time you go there, the cashiers and packers make such a noise you cant even concentrate . Brought it to management attention, but they just brush it off,. Screaming from one cashier to the other, talking while the customers are waiting to be served, or are being served, they still carry on with their conversations, absolutely crazy, the place could use a bit of a clean.

I was having endless problems with doing payments , I was issued a new card from the bank as there was ***** reported on my account, so I could not make payment as my old card was still on the system, it was quite a tedious process to get it sorted , but

A big thumbs up , never once did I feel that I was a nuisance on the phone ,or that I didn't know what I was doing , thank you , keep up the good work,

Computer Mania in Clearwater Mall is tops
Computer Mania in Clearwater Mall is tops.Had brilliant customer service from Eathan. He now really went over and above explaining all the do's and don'ts on purchasing a laptop.Seeing I'm not computer savvy....lol, he made it real easy.
