I had a great experience at Vapology. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for — whether it’s a new device, coils, or a flavour that suits your taste. Their range of products is impressive, with plenty of options to choose from, and everything is well organized. The quality of the flavours is consistent, and you can tell they stock reputable brands. Customer service really stands out. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Frontline Hyper Hillfox. Staff are unhelpful, uninterested, and seem irritated when you ask for assistance. There is very little urgency or willingness to help customers, and basic questions are met with poor attitudes or no response at all. Queues are long, yet staff move slowly with no effort to improve the situation. When issues are raised, they are ignored rather than resolved. For a store of this size, the level of service is unacceptable. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I won’t be shopping at this branch again unless there is serious improvement.
If i could give 0 i would entered a competition at hobart branch and won but to ne they srated u only win when you come to store as they dont deliver but as i stated to them im not physically abke to go to store I provided my address and detaiks to arrange they could deliver but they say they xant they will choose a next customer then

If i could give 0 stars i would they say u can contactthem via customer service or on WhatsApp but when u do they ront respond or when u call they decline the call when u ask for stock on whether they will receive new stock they say they will get back to me with feedback and im still waiting and its 2weeks already.

Wish could give it zero stars but ery disappointed in there Woolies dash they can deliver quick but u ave to calculate self your amount that they need to refud u once your order is placed and then wait and follow up for weeks then they tell u u need to send oroof of bank details as there system does not refund automatically 😠😠😠😠 so frustrated an u struggling to et any feebdack for days
3weeks already when u return a product and still waiting to be refunded and they have excuses this issues is not resolved i am taking it further
When shopping online with takealot we would experience good quality products and they are quick to tkae your money after i received the product it was faulty i requested collection they collect it bit after two weeks and back and forth still awaiting my refund this matter is not resolved and goung to take it further
