I used Falcon movers as a long distance partner between Johannesburg and Cape town. It was the worst, most costly decision that I could have made. almost 3 months later and we are still waiting for goods to be delivered. Blessing is so arrogant. doesn't answer his phone and blames everyone else except himself. I cannot count how many lies I have been told over the last 3 months I would avoid this company

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES I cannot overstate the incompetence, lack of accountability and unprofessionalism displayed by Falcon Movers and Logistics (Pty) Ltd ("Falcon"), owned by Chipo Nyamugama and Mduduzi David Mthembu. We were referred to Falcon by another moving company which came highly recommended, but was fully booked for the required dates. Blessing was the team lead at Falcon, for transport of the contents of our home from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Despite having done a walkthrough of our home a week prior to the move, Blessing announced, once the truck was packed, that some items would have to be transported a week later as they cannot fit into the truck. We now had to make arrangements with neighbours to store our things. From the outset, we were assured that a live location would be shared and that delivery would take two days. Neither transpired. Early in the morning of the scheduled Cape Town delivery date, Blessing told us the truck broke down in the Northen Cape. From that moment onward for the next few days, communication became incredibly difficult. He ignored/didn't return quite a handful of our calls, provided clearly misleading, confusing and/or false updates, became agitated when asked for updates and/or made decisions without consulting us (for example, have our goods stored overnight at a garage, the location of which we had no idea). Our goods took 5 days to arrive and we, together with our pets, had to find alternative accommodation. Many items were either completely broken, damaged or simply not there. Blessing then announced Paul at Bulls Removals would separately deliver the missing items, which they "left behind", as well as the items originally stored with our neighbours – zero communication on the "left behind" items prior to this point. Blessing went missing once Paul "took over", and we had similar communication and incompetence issues with Paul – at one point one item was supposedly in someone's garage in Ballito, but the owners were not home. Paul and Bulls Removals only delivered 13 days after the moving date. Again, items were broken. Even if I could give a negative rating, there would not be a figure in existence.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH FALCON MOVERS – READ BEFORE YOU BOOK My name is Ryno Bezuidenhout, and I feel it’s important to warn others about my personal experience with Falcon Movers. I contacted Blessing on the 27th of October to arrange a move for 30 November. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change the date to 17 December, and I informed him long in advance. He agreed to the new date, and I paid a R1,000 deposit to secure everything. As the new date approached, we had never confirmed a time for the move. So, like any normal client, I reached out to ask what time the team would arrive. Instead of receiving a professional response, I got a shocking and completely unacceptable voice note from Blessing. In this voice note, he yelled at me, repeatedly shouting: “WE SAID 8! 8! 8!! WHY ARE YOU PANTING?!” The tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and absolutely uncalled for. In my opinion, no client should ever be spoken to like that — especially when there was never any confirmed time in the first place. After receiving that message, I immediately became concerned about continuing with the move. If this is how Falcon Movers communicates with paying customers before the job even starts, I can only imagine the problems that could follow on the actual moving day. I have screenshots of our conversation and the voice recording, clearly showing how I was spoken to. Based on my experience, I do not feel that this company showed even the most basic level of professionalism or respect. This is my personal experience, and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to think twice before using Falcon Movers. Moving is stressful enough — the last thing you need is to be yelled at or disrespected by the very people you’re hiring to help you. STAY AWAY. To make matters worse, after deciding to cancel — because of the way I was treated — I requested a refund of my R1,000 deposit. As expected, they refused. I was told, “Are you going to give us another client for that date?” I would understand their reasoning if I had cancelled due to personal plans changing, but the only reason I cancelled was because of their unprofessional and aggressive behaviour. No person or client would feel comfortable continuing with a company after receiving such a voice note, especially when you need to trust them with your belongings
