Really bad service from Falke SA

I will never use falke SA ever again, I ordered certain things online and paid overnight postage, that was 2 days ago, apparently there was an issue but nothing was communicated and when we phoned them to find out was happening we were told that it was on the way and will be delivered in 2 days, so paying overnight means you have to wait 4days which is ****** downright daylight ******* and all you get from them is sorry, SO PROFESSIONAL!
