They are not assisting me in any way to a claim. They are rather ***** footing around. I took out comprehensive insurance on all my vehicles, inclusive of car hire, never was there any mention made of outbound insurance. I was snatched and grabbed on the 21 January 2024. Now I'm being told that I don't have outbound insurance. Were they mot supposed to inform about outbound insurance at inception? They specifically asked me whether I needed car hire, then why not ask about outbound insurance. It's the first time I heard about outbound insurance.
