Dis-satisfactory Customer Care : As a frequent loyal customer of the Family Pet Centre branches, I am most disappointed at the delay in customer resolution from the Pet Centre Fourways branch . After buying several units of the same product, I alerted the then manager ( Kyle) of the dysfunctionality of one of the purchased units. After being promised a replacement unit of the said product, I am quite frustrated that it has literally been 3 months and I am still being told that the delivery of the product from the supplier is still delayed. As a loyal, long -standing customer, I find this customer care ( or lack thereof ) quite concerning. Especially since I made several repeated attempts to call the store and liaise with the current store manager ( Shantel ).
Trusting that a customer's plight be taken into consideration for a reasonable turn-around time on customer product complaints.
