Every time I phone to make an appointment to take my dog for Grooming they are fully booked, they website state that walk-ins are welcome, but when we just walk-in they cannot assist. Made an appointment yesterday for today, they lady said 8:00 today, but they only open at 09:00. They are so in considered about people's time and money they need to spend phoning. It is unacceptable that the world(businesses) has come to this point. And when you complain, they just ignore and look the other way.

Very pathetic took my rabbit for grooming, and what a pathetic inhumane experience, my rabbit was injured without my consent was taken to the vet and given medication and treated and I was not informed only to collect my rabbit with an exorbitant bill and manger who cannot take accountability for her actions, I was never informed and my consent was never given what a **** show you guys running

Absolutely no service, once you buy a product from them forget support, biught a Sunsun filter close to R6000 and now they dont even get back to me when trying to buy new replacement filter media. Phoned three times and visited them twice. After the last visit we stopped buying there after more than two years. Tip. If you want to employ someone, get someone with passion for the hobby and customer skills. Their emails also goes unanswered

Absolutely impossible to get service out of them. Bought a gift voucher, they do not give you the voucher and impossible to speak to someone that can actually assist you in the matter!!! Did the payment on line as they requested 3 days almost 4 days later still no voucher, just a photo a code not even sure what to do with the code.

I returned an Aqua aquarium air pump a few months ago, it supposedly had a 3 year warranty and one of the outlets stopped functioning. I spoke to Chante/Chandre the manager and she said she would get the rep in to assess the product, she said she would call. A month later and nothing. I went into the store only to find that the unit was still there and the rep had not had sight of it. Again she said she would call and nothing. It has been 2 months since then and nothing

After returning a dysfunctional fish tank filter and being promised a new item, the waiting period of the said item is still highly disappointing. I am rather disappointed and disillusioned that the best response I have had thus far is that the ETA is sometime in June/ July ( owing to supplier delays of the said product from Family Pet Centre ). Waiting for a product replacement for a period of 6 months is highly frustrating.

After returning a dysfunctional fish tank filter and being promised a new item, the waiting period of the said item is still highly disappointing. I am rather disappointed and disillusioned that the best response I have had thus far is that the ETA is sometime in June/ July ( owing to supplier delays of the said product from Family Pet Centre ). Waiting for a product replacement for a period of 6 months is highly frustrating.

Dis-satisfactory Customer Care : As a frequent loyal customer of the Family Pet Centre branches, I am most disappointed at the delay in customer resolution from the Pet Centre Fourways branch . After buying several units of the same product, I alerted the then manager ( Kyle) of the dysfunctionality of one of the purchased units. After being promised a replacement unit of the said product, I am quite frustrated that it has literally been 3 months and I am still being told that the delivery of the product from the supplier is still delayed. As a loyal, long -standing customer, I find this customer care ( or lack thereof ) quite concerning. Especially since I made several repeated attempts to call the store and liaise with the current store manager ( Shantel ). Trusting that a customer's plight be taken into consideration for a reasonable turn-around time on customer product complaints.

Our beloved Labrador, Sheba, passed away on 4 March 2022, after being with us for 11 years. She sadly passed away on our way to the vet at Lifestyle Centurion. My family and I wish to thank you & your staff for the kind and emphathatic manner in which they treated Sheba, as well as the kindheartedness towards us. It made the trauma we experienced so much softer and easier to handle. They treated Sheba as if she was one of her own. This is much appreciated. God bless.
