Centurion mall exclusive books, very unprofessional today 2 feb 2026 wife's bday purchased atomic habits work book and power of subconscious mind was assisted by a lady that was so rude...didn't want to wrap my gifts,I asked of other items she told me no stock yet I took a Pic 2 days ago than all sudden she finds it...worst part gave my loyalty number nd I am told no system is off can't allocate points are they *****ing our points because I spent over 1500 with other items and I cannot get points what thievery is this
Pathetic they literally told me eat cold food and deal with it....like I am appalled
Very pathetic took my rabbit for grooming, and what a pathetic inhumane experience, my rabbit was injured without my consent was taken to the vet and given medication and treated and I was not informed only to collect my rabbit with an exorbitant bill and manger who cannot take accountability for her actions, I was never informed and my consent was never given what a **** show you guys running
Poor poor service I paid in full to collect my tv I'm being given run around from raslouw branch I am disgusted I had to call over 10 time after being promised to be called and given fb when cash crusaders hold our stock on loan we pay interest now I paid my tv and you still have my stock this is pathetic and I believe they messing me around because the keep talking in language I don't understand I will never do business again with this company

Good day, I would hope this mail finds you as general manager of emerald resort tsogo sun, just yesterday me and my fiance decided we would have a mid week break and head to your resort, 1stly we were so excited as it was 2 hour journey from where we stay to your resort upon arrival I will commend the lady's on arrival swift nice and full of greetings, we initially wanted to book chalets and decided on the hotel as chalet was to far, the lady's at front desk convinced us to have supper at the hotel to which we agreed, we went to aqua dome and enjoyed till supper arrived, on arrival at the entrance we were looked at not greeted by a man called corne breedt, to which my mood all sudden changed this man was rude, zero service and not friendly rather intimidating we asked if we could look at the buffet and what they have he rep**** "yaaahh"...now that for me alone was a buzz kill..in any case we had a look and decided we won't let him spoil our evening so we had supper I wasn't feeling well and a lovely lady assisted me the waiter I asked her if I could take my fruit to room she happily agreed however I asked her to just confirm with her manager as i see it could be a situation if we confronted each other ,she looked at me and said they fear him I was shocked and she went to get consent and was told no, to which she came back shrugging her shoulders now firstly you can't have a leader that staff fears, Secondly he didn't even come and talk to us one thing I know is that you send your staff for propper training "moment of truth" honestly was the worst experience I ever recieved, to top it up I went to reception in evening new staff was there I asked for new towels as we just had a bath and for top up on tea station as my fiance enjoys tea the lady just stared at me as if I was asking for her own tea...can you picture this experience, I am a broker and my Job is service going extra mile for clients and yes I know there's difficult people I am a nice person. I tend not to fuss top it off 27th day of check out I go to request late check out as I had a meeting with client the lady at desk looks at me and laughs....what kind of experience are you guys wanting to give people..I didn't even take the late check put I left at 12 I really am appalled and this same msg will be sent to hello Peter and socials because you guys are doing lots of renovations, invest in training your staff professionally, non biased non ****** and more eager to serve. Because it's a big sh#t show. Thanks
Called in for a quote on new spectacles, was pushed pillar to post a lady in dispensing wants to tell me there's no stock of items and not put me through sales was promised call from manager and I am still waiting, pathetic spectacle wharehouse attebury, I have never had such bad experience it's like they blatantly don't want to assist me and I am paying cash?? I am highly disappointed in discovery there is a broker Mr Mohammed saaleh Ahmed that assisted my mom with medical aid we highlighted affordability is an issue as she earns 10 000 salary she is 60 years, her monthly premium agreed with her was R2770 rand the broker added a cover called vitality and billed her R3500+ rands I am also in insurance there was zero consensus with my mom about the vitality he was rude to her after signing her in saying all policies come with this cover standard now is this how you ***** money from elderly clients this is a paper doc and I asked discovery kn LinkedIn for a regional manager to call me to no response pathetic as usual I am reporting this as treating clients fairly supposed to be high up on discovery values once again I am disgusted discovery 0738760894 last chance to fix this
had a disgusting experience even before going on my holiday made a booking for 27 dec check out 30 dec at soho took me 2 days just to get someone to assist me after complaing to them just to get early check in and to extend my stay by 2 days i cc the resort manager mr brett hoppe who is silent to service at hes resort
i booked an uber for my wife today 24/10/2024 the uber driver john reg number Suzuki Swift, Red, DM93MNGP. was throwing ***ual adbvances at my wife she was very insecure and uncomfortable and he also kept on saying bolt drivers like to go down is this the type of safety for women in this land also i tried to call bolt no numbers no manner of getting them into contact this is disgusting can kiss my business good bye
