Always fully booked
Every time I phone to make an appointment to take my dog for Grooming they are fully booked, they website state that walk-ins are welcome, but when we just walk-in they cannot assist. Made an appointment yesterday for today, they lady said 8:00 today, but they only open at 09:00. They are so in considered about people's time and money they need to spend phoning. It is unacceptable that the world(businesses) has come to this point. And when you complain, they just ignore and look the other way.

They have also been deducting R140 from my account for the second month now, without me approving any debit check. I didn't receive anything from them, and I also cannot get hold of them to cancel or to reverse my money. It's unacceptable.

Never winning
Not fun playing on this site anymore. Every second day there is a technical problem, games glitches. Doesn't matter how much you add to your account, I almost never win.
