So I went to nail fantasy on the 26th of March for acrylic over lay with geliesh col over it I was assist by a lady Rachael who gave me good service throughout the appointment I left a happy client ,2days later one of my nails started lifting and mind u I've never experienced this with acrylic, I went back on the 28th I then got there and Rachel was off ,the lady Vivien then asked how she could assist I showed her and she pulled her face strangly I told when I was there and she then put some glue on to hold it down I didn't mind that I was off the next day and made arrangements with Rachael on the Wednesday to come the next day at 2 I went there only to find out no Rachael and Vivien was waiting on another client ,the lady that calls her self the manager made no effort to sort this out I asked to see the manager and she still did not claim the role of management I asked for the manager number and they gave me the owners number ,her name is Chantal I had spoken to her over the phone as nobody wanted to assist I mean I booked this specific time with Rachael and nobody even called to say she isn't in the manager had a bit of arrogant attitude, the boss Chantal then told me that someone would assist me I sat down at Viviens station and she was going on about how she wouldn't have done that as mh nails are to short I felt like she is bad mouthing her college and the pressure she was apply while filing the acrylic down just felt angry,so I asked to stop I also told her I don't accept that excuse as I've never had acrylic life on day 2 I got up and I left as I was not gonna sit there and be treated as if I did something wrong I called Chantal and this was day 5 when I told her I don't want to return to her salon can she please just refund me she pleaded and ask me to please go back to Rachael the next day ,as I i did ,the next week ih was the other hand lifting and the second batch stayed on till now so that means something was not done right the first time I then called Chantal last week as she said the manager will call me she then called me saying I was there on the 20th of March actually having a argument with me the line was bad and she dropped the call k called back and it just rang I then went when I got there she s now accussing me of having my nails fixed four times and when I challenged her and ask her were she s getting her facts from she then said lm being rude I told her I will post them on hellopeter and she was like don't threaten me I told her that it's not a threat I've paid for something I didn't get so now because I work in the mall she's like i will go to ur work and do what u doing I replied it won happen as I'm a professional I will never treat a client the way u treating me she then said she will call security ,for what I don't know ,I then called her boss again and told her what happened and she had told her boss the same thing about me being there on the 20th ,the boss had promised that she would get back to me no later than six pm that was last Wednesday I had sent her another whatsapp and she also confirmed that they have cameras and I said she most welcomed to check I sent her mj bank statement of the payment day till this hour she has not come back she said something about discussing it with Debra I'm so disgusted I even cried the way this girl was treating me ,so apparently they refund within the 7 days only that's what the manager was shouting but still not acknowledging that I was a back there on day 2 ND I had asked for a refund ,I'm disgusted,I even told Chantal I didn't get what I paid for and I'm being treated badly ,she keeps apologizing and her staff keep messing up apparently they have clients pulling there nails off and wanting a refund so because I work in the mall I'm classed under this I had no problem paying I even gave her a tip of R50
