Hi I have a complaint actually about poor services rendered which now results me having to go to ur store in gugulethu, I had a approached a lady who was hang dressed from a box on Saturday morning, I had pointed to the dresses hanging and asked for 2 sizes so I could fit on she gave me the ones from the box all creased up I had asked if she would look out for a young lady with a baby, and she said no! here's lots of ppl coming in here very crumply, I remember saying someone got out of the wrong side of the bed as she was very moody, but that was also fine , fine when I was done I went back there also bearing in mind I have a disability so I can't actually walk up and done I had given her both back and said can I please have one of the ironed ones in XL again very grumpy she says those aren't ironed, said it's fine I want that 1 it's not as creased she proceeded to give me one I didn't check it my self when paying as I was in a hurry already, I left for home and as dressing at home I'm wondering was it's so Xtra loose she gave me XXL and I think she did it on purpose now already late for event with nothing else to wear now I'm returning it and would likethe size I asked for this Is ridiculous she was wearing Grey Mr price tshirt and dark Jean she was the only one unpacking boxes on ladies side, her hair in a pondo tyed back and quiet chubby about 1.6 in height
Good afternoon To whom this may concern , Trust this email finds you well, i have recently shopped at vangate spar specifically Friday 10th May 2024, I've purchased a few things from there but have now discovered that the sugar 3kg has had a certain taste and smell to it , I had then thought that maybe my daughter hadn't rinsed the cup she made me tea in well enough this all accured since Saturday as I only opened up the sugar on Saturday, I had changed the cups three times only to find out now that the whole bag has been *****ed after also using it in our cereal, I'm actually sick to my stomach I'm not even sure whether it's washing powder or whether it's stay soft , I don't have airtime to call neither do I have taxi fare to come there, I don't know how this will be fixed but it has to be fixed soon , we are not able to use this sugar .please find my slip attatched Nina Thomas I've emailed them aswell on spar website no one has made any contact
So the drive started off well ,greated nicely ,started debating the meaning of negotiating acually was bad mouthing indrive and trying to sell me uber ,i had a note and a text about drawing money ,almost took the wrong turn because he was debating this ,also listening skills is bad i asked him when his bday is and i already knew ,but hence because he picked me up from bible college he was about to jugde me about me being human wow ,everytime i wanted to speak , he as we would say in africans he made a "vis kafe" of my mouth meaning speaking while the other person is still speaking i went on google and read to him what the meaning of negotiating is ,thats when he agreed but there was still a but ,and he doesnt know the mean of disrespecting someone either ,he was dismisve dude u have huge issues not just a languages barrier arrogants and i dont advise women to drive with me google will hear about this aswell i told him he will have a bad rating from me now his telling me that IM A GOOD GUY well dude im saved not soft !!!This was with the last indrive with any question u ask about indrive he bad mouths indrive I said I can see more ,no uber is the best Indrive is not safe ,I didn't even get his name I'll check the app
Absolutely disgusted on how they delivered and television just anywhere instead of at my door step and the manager sugar coating and justifying the drivers actions Called me when they were at police station already so I had to drop everything and then to top it all off j sent someone to go and check if his really there ,then he was about to leave while he said he would wait for me ,so I was at risk now I had to pay unbudgeted money that was not meant for a tv delivery and I aas kot made aware that they would not be delivery to my door the manager dropped the phone on me while I said I don't want to talk to them rude and unprofessional, if u contact acting me about this it better not be the Manger he also greeted me in xhosa assuming that I'm xhosa professional etiket
My complaint is about how my package was delivered by my courier guy which I had ordered from makro ,I'm absolutely disgusted by the service I received yesterday, this isn't my 1st parcel with makro ,so I knew it was suppose to be delivered to my door 1.I got a sms with tracking nimber saying my package is on its way with the pin 2.i got a call saying hello is this Nina I said yes it is from a random cellphone nimber ,he said I'm here at the police station I said excuse me what do u mean by that Yes mam we can't come to your house I said so u there right now so why was I not made known of this No answer just kept saying we can come to ur door ,I said we'll u will have to wait as I have to walk there now he said fine 3i then called my mom who said she was closer and as she got there this driver was now about to leave to the mall in the opposite direction from my house which was about 2km away 4 I have *****s in my back so I'm not allowed to lift things 5 .I had to spend unbudgeted money on a taxi and pay someone to carry the TV and h had to pay for it in a taxi ,this is at yhis point no longer a free delivering anymore 6.i spent atleast a R150 on this now and I don't want it in vouchers 7 I called makro and it was confirmed that it was meant to come to my home 8 I was now put at risk The courier guy manager called from a 380 number and tryed to sugar coat and justify delivering a television like that I'm so not interested I told him I don't want to talk to him or hear any excuses I might of sworn Aswell, I was so frustrated that they think it's ok ,and they were classing whole Gugulethu the same way I told him that they should have actually checked the actual address as this is a suburb in gugs he actually dropped the phone ,so unprofessional and rude. Also I took pictures and a short video of drivers response and the reason they don't do door to door is because they over packing there cars there is no security it's just greed this agreement has been breached .
I'm most disgusted by capitec services and lack of communication hence my account was defrauded and it's past 14 days of me handing in affidavit so yesterday I visited gugulethu branch again and thandi check reference no and asked me to wait as the other guy Desmond would assist me I didn't sit long there and then I was called ,Desmond asked me how he can help as Thandi had already given him the references to follow up about ,before he started he ask me to hold on and he went to the back office when I looked up the previous clients information was still open this was around 12 Mr........ 28 or 29 December.........R18000 and something balance this man's whole profile was left open and they wonder how we get scammed on his return I told him that ,this was negletion of him and that I could have taken a pic or made this man a targelt anyway I made Desmond aware of this and that was the end of it he called for the follow up and I was told I'll get a sms here has been absolutely no direct contact with me ,I have to email or go to branches all the time to get info ,so this is alot of money that was taken from my account and I still don't know when I'm getting it back ,this is my kids lively hood we are struggling because of this scams and for me this is definitely a inside job how can someone set up beneficiary s in my account and also reverse my debit orders that already went off without having access I'm not even able to reverse debits on my own I keep having to have to go inside the bank ,this is absolutely disgusting that you would take ppls last monies
So Will I have to put you on every month now I feel like this is just being done on purpose I'm so disgusted, I pay every month but yet I have to call you to load my data but then my account gets billed aswell ,I'm still waiting since Sunday for help desk to respond to my email and also u was told I'll get a call WHY IS MY DATA NOT BEING LOADED You guys are costing me money that's all
So I have sent messages on the app I don't know what to do anymore I'm completely frustrated dstv you are breaching your contract with Me if anybody can assist me with taking this further please as it's almost anew month and I'm being incorrectly billed ,and still waiting on a email or call this service is disgusting
So we'll done on calling me back and assuring me that you would email me back as I've requested and not just That ,that you would arrange when u would call me ,so Andile from dstv Johannesburg complaints said he would email me back it's a brand new week and dlololo email ,is this how multichoice trained there staff to lie continously I literally literally am running out of words for you guys
I actually dont know where to start ,I'm so disgusted by the terrible instore and telephone service I've been receiving, and I've been letting it slide but this is too much now I don't even remember all the names that assisted me incorrectly but your calls are recorded so you can investigate,1st of all I have a account secondly I had linked dstv internet to my account it is a deal that is advertised as only pay R99 if u have q dstv account for 50gb which I'm paying R179 for I'm also paying this and only receiving 25gb i have been quering this for weeks now I've spent over R200 in airtime just on dstv calls ,I'm really irritated at this point as today only my wifi was loaded now if I had failed to pay on time it would have been switched off I've also had to buy unnecessary data because my wifi wasn't loaded ,then today I called again and whoever the lady was I had explained very calmly not I'm trying hard not to loose my cool I explain the situation and she says she putting me on hold to check I told her I don't want to be at hold as I've spent enough money on calls she proceeds to put me on hold and while I'm on hold I get a sms staying my 25gb has been loaded and she comes back on the call and mentions something about a top up then the call got cut as I was out of airtime, I didn't get a call back nothing I then called home and they told me that wifi is on ok fine ,I decided to now check on my dstv app what's happening all it's saying as it's been saying 25gb active ,fine I then go and check my accounts and boom I have a new bill ,the bill was R440 on 30/10/2022 now its say R615 on 6/10/2022 so I'm being billed for data I haven't received and for someone s incompetence now ,I then also went to return my decoder on Tuesday at the gugulethu dstv and was assisted by Asanda ,oh my hat now this I still can't believe ,so there was a linking issue because I had extra view they couldn't do the swop which I'm paying insurance for and she then tells me she has to send a email and it could take up to a hour ,I then said so what are u waiting for she then proceeded to send the email I had left after that and she was suppose to call me back which she didn't 3hours later I had to call again she then calls 15mins before they need to close and says that the decoder is ready can I send someone in the morning ok fine ,my mom goes and she hands her a new decoder in her hand and says that I left with the other things the previous day ,I then call her and she she spins me a story that insurance only covers the decoder so she's not suppose to give me a box or remote or a adaptor ,something is fishy in that store I then call the insurance and I ask her to clear this up for me and she confirms that I'm suppose to receive everything including the box I then also call her manager or didn't answer I also sent him a whatsapp ,write so my mom has left the mall I call Asanda back and tell her it's been confirmed, but no answer she then calls me back after some hours and she says hi Nina I saw your miss call,I'm confused but anyway, I said I have called the insurance and they said I'm supposed to get all my things so she quickly spons a story ohyes ,I heard I gave you the wrong decoder so this was the second time there she then asked a again of someone can come fetch it today my mom went again and she made her wait and then she again opened the box not in her presence so she opens and then calls her overshe has absolutely wasted our time and money and I wonder how much ppl have left there things ther3 without putting up a fight because it's location now u must scam ppl I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted up till now no apology no phone call, when I call and request a call back I get told I'll be called the last person was Mandisa whom while my TV was rebooting was speaking to her colleague about me ,and even saying "she "she also says there is no active data on the day and I'm telling her the wifi is working but ,listen is a skill and so far if 0 was a rating that's what I would give u guys just imagine it's the 6th today sitting without Data from around the 20th already no man this is not on ,contact me via email as I don't wish to speak to any consultants anymore I'd rather speak to a robot at this stage that's how fed I am Good Day I've been a customer of dstv for many years I'm absolutely appalled by the terrible service I'm receiving I've been calling back and forth about my wifi that hasn't been loaded I'm now in a multichoice store in gugulethu cape town as I have exsorted my airtime and I'm being told that they cannot assist me withthis they cannot even call ,on the other hand my decoder isn't working and there is a system error which is now stopping me a insurance payer after standing in a line for a hour from me getting my new decoder I'm disgusted I'm also spending money on data but I've been paying for wifi I haven't received it's the 4th today and no one is calling or even
