SELLING EXPIRED THINGS DRINKING YOGHURTS

ON the 16/06/2015 I was in Silverton in Pretoria I bought 40 drinking yoghurts from Farm to Kitchen Butchery and I was going to East London. when I got home I noticed that they have expired on the 26/05/15 others 14/06/2015. I called Farm to kitchen on 18/06/2015 I spoke to Charmaine informing her about their yoghurts she said that was not suppose to be on shelves. she asked where am I told her I'm in EL, she requested the proof of purchase & and I must attach my account NO I will get a Refund I emailed it she said I'll be refunded. the other lady called me asking how many did I buy how much did I paid she then said no need to email they checked their till and got the invoice . now I called on the 23/06/2015 to ask about the developments I was transferred to another lady that I can recall her name she said I must sent back those yoghurts to PTA so that they can take it to their supplier, or I must send pics to her I ask her to give me the number where I must sent pics she said she wont give me her contact details but its my responsibility to return those things. I asked her they can send a courier she said NO. why are they selling old Staff they don't respond to my emails/call
