Refund my money
Waiting for my refund since 24 August 2020 cause they don't deliver in my area, my emails are being ignored. What a service! I still want my money back it might not be millions or thousands but it's my money and I want it back

02 Sept 2020, 12:56 Hi Phathutshedzo N. As you know we have requested the reversal of your credit card transaction from the payment gateway. This process is now out of my hands. You say that your mails have been ignored. You sent one mail, today. It has been replied to. This ordeal is only 5 working days old. But as stated in the mail, send your bank details and I will refund you pending the credit card reversal. Thanks so much
