No service
Last night got there at 18:00 PM did the admin part and they were quick. But then only at 22:00 PM that's when my child was attended to. Am talking about the child who had burns on his thigh. When asking if ever there will be help at all they said nurses dis not pitch for work. I cried on behalf of my son for the poor service he was getting, a 3 years old child sitting 4 hours before they see him.i will never ever go this hospital ever again. Imagine a private hospital with such reputation for that kind of poor service 🤬🤬🤬

Refund my money
Waiting for my refund since 24 August 2020 cause they don't deliver in my area, my emails are being ignored. What a service! I still want my money back it might not be millions or thousands but it's my money and I want it back

Unable to refund me and clear my so called debt and its affecting my credit status.
<p>I did register with damelin but a month or two after i called to cancel the registration as my employer agreed to fund my studies with a different instituion and different course.</p> <p> </p> <p>many months pass without aany cancellation done and they where deducting my account every month for a course that i was not even doing but i let it pass as i did not want to stress my selft with this people.</p> <p> </p> <p>2017 january on the 27 i received an email updating me that they are canceling my contact with them and since i was paying for the course they will refund me, i just needed to sign and submit back the forms with my copy of ID and proof of payment and bank account which i did and i was informed that it will take 90 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited and i called in to do follow up and one of the consultant advised that i still need to wait for 90 days period which i did wait, but after 90 days i did call in to find out when should i expect the refund including my paid up letter as my credit report shows that i still owe them.</p> <p> </p> <p>The consulatant advised me to hold and after a while she came back to tell me that aparently they do not pick up any remaks or note that said am suppose to wait for 90 days she said i must resend the forms i did and ask if i am still gonna have to wait for another 90 days she said no.</p> <p> </p> <p>Right now i am fed up about this as there are thing i need to buy and thanks to Damelin i am not able to since i owe them that much money which infat they are the ones owing me.</p> <p> </p> <p>ALL I WANT IS MY REFUND AND MY PAID UP LETTER AND FOR THEM TO CLEAR WHATEVER DEBT THEY THINK I HAVE WITH THEM AS IT IS RUINING MY CREDIT STATUS.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me get them to resolve this or else i will still go further and make sure i report this metter to the highest authorities there is.</p> <p> </p>
