Spoilt Milk

I have purchased a 6 pack Farmgate milk from a local supermarket in Phoenix on 3/12/24. Upon opening the first box I see it was spoilt and went in to the second and third box and all was spoilt. Expiry dates 20/08/2025. I tried calling the number on the box but it rings and cut off. So how do I go about complaining about the product.
