I purchased a pack of milk with the expiry date being 30/06/2026. It has an off taste. We have called multiple times an all we got was they will investigate and get back to us. It's been 2 months and we still haven't received feedback. There has been multiple posts on social media about this issue but it seems as if the company doesn't give a damn about these complaints that could possibly make someone ill.

I purchased a pack of milk with the expiry date being 30/06/2026. It has an off taste. We have called multiple times an all we got was they will investigate and get back to us. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent batch of Farmgate milk I purchased. The quality has noticeably declined, with the consistency being significantly weaker than usual. In addition, several boxes were found to be off upon opening. This is highly disappointing and not reflective of the standard I have previously experienced with your products. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken.

Farmgate Dairy supplies Off Milk
Hi We have purchased 10 boxes of the farmgate dairy milk from a local supermarket, however we have been through 3 of the boxes and have opened a 4th box and all are off.. It's quite disappointing as that the customer service from Farmgate dairy is pathetic. I called them in today to report the milk and the lady was so rude she told me I can do what I want and cut the call... In a daily living these items are expensive. I do understand that I don't have the receipt as the purchase was done last month... They only wanna replace 2 out of my six boxes... What happens to the rest... I'm throwing away milk which is a cost to me... Milk is off and customer service is very poor... This is box milk and the expiry on the boxes say 19/08/2025 but it is already off... Wonder if the boxes have been re-dated. Frustrating honestly.

Spoilt Milk
I have purchased a 6 pack Farmgate milk from a local supermarket in Phoenix on 3/12/24. Upon opening the first box I see it was spoilt and went in to the second and third box and all was spoilt. Expiry dates 20/08/2025. I tried calling the number on the box but it rings and cut off. So how do I go about complaining about the product.

Poor quality Product and Customer Service
I purchased Farmgate milk and it was spoilt. When I called Customer service she gave a did not care attitutude. I will never buy their product again. Rather pay a bit more and buy Quality frim C*****.

Very disappointed
I've purchased farmgate milk for a function and when I opened it the 2x6 milk was off and thick I tried phoning the customer care number but no one picks up this is really frustrating I am very disappointed I've always bought this milk but to have this issue while I have a function is really embarrassing

I brought 24L, 7 litres of long life milk was sour. I called took my details and said they would return my call. Nothing so far brought it 3 April
