Your call centre calls fir the delivery of my Medication from ballito Junction. I have not yet received my medication. This is an ongoing issue. Either incorrect medication is sent or not sent at all but I get charged.
The call centre you use to open a Mr Price account are rude and unprofessional. I will from this experience never open a Mr Price account or shop here anymore.
No wonder you have so many poor reviews. Your drivers need to learn customer service. Absolutely rude. Will never use your service and will never reccommend your company
I purchased a fan on the and it only worked 5 days. I logged a return on the website and it is now 3 weeks Noone has come to collect and refund my purchase. I will NEVER recommend any of their products as the after sale service is non existent
Discovery insure is a *******. The app to calculate your trips does not work. I have logged numerous complaint and it is the same answer. All my setting are correct. I even pressed the panic as advised on 2 seperate occasions and noone has ever called me.
I purchased Farmgate milk and it was spoilt. When I called Customer service she gave a did not care attitutude. I will never buy their product again. Rather pay a bit more and buy Quality frim C*****.
Dischem Ballito Junction Pharmacy is by far the worst. Each interaction for my pack my medication service has been met with total disgusting service. It's now a week and even with a fillow up with Kaylee set Mann I have still not received my meds
to have wifi during loadshedding I purchased a ups but unfortunately vodacom has no network during loadshedding. My ups still provide full power to router and ont with all the lights on but no wifi connection. What a disappointment. Service is getting bad to worse.
It is now 3 working days since I logged a call for the faulty router that was installed and no feedback or support from Vodacom, just attitude
I have been having endless issue but my woes have been turned to joys all because of the support and advise received from Shuen Ramcharitan, Vodacom Fibre support technician. Thank you for sorting my issues. I am once again a happy vodacom customer due to you. My previous 1 star rating us now changed to 5star rating all because of you. Even with this extreme Durban heat you made sure everything was 100 percent working before you left.
