I purchased a pack of milk with the expiry date being 30/06/2026. It has an off taste. We have called multiple times an all we got was they will investigate and get back to us. It's been 2 months and we still haven't received feedback. There has been multiple posts on social media about this issue but it seems as if the company doesn't give a damn about these complaints that could possibly make someone ill.
This company is all up to damn bull****!!!They are threatening me to pay premiums to which I don’t owe them anything because my contract has expired an I did call in to confirm that I won’t be continuing the contract. Up to date they are threatening me with debt collectors stating I owe them money. I have numerous emails stating my contract isn’t active anymore yet I’m still getting threats. You are guys are utterly pathetic!!!
My contract expired in June this year. To which I was told by 3 different people that when it’s time for my contract to expire I will be notified it’s going to expire an if I do wish to continue with the contract I must notify Planet fitness. To which I didn’t want to continue with contract. When gyms opened up after the lockdown there was no communication done to notify me that I will be debited to which is not even the amount that I initially agreed on. I have been getting debited triple my contract amount to which the contract is expired. I have numerous emails to state my contract is not valid anymore but I am still getting debited for something that isn’t even active. Due to COVID many people have salary cuts as well as some have lost their jobs yet Planet Fitness thinks it’s fine to debit people who are trying to make ends meet when we have absolutely nothing to do with the gym anymore. You guys are a bunch of frauds. I pay for bank charges when reversing money that’s being debited for your stupidity and not you! If this unnecessary debiting does not stop, I will be taking legal action against Planet Fitness.
