I purchased a pack of milk with the expiry date being 30/06/2026. It has an off taste. We have called multiple times an all we got was they will investigate and get back to us. It's been 2 months and we still haven't received feedback. There has been multiple posts on social media about this issue but it seems as if the company doesn't give a damn about these complaints that could possibly make someone ill.
I had a gym contract which expired in June 2020. To which this gym then put me on a month to month without my approval to which I've cancelled. Now I've been handed over to this company for absolutely no reason. When I try calling them they always cutting the call. I've emailed them numerous of time stating I don't owe this gym money and to please stop contacting me. Yet they still continue to do so. Also they stated all legal fees, I will be reliable for! This is utter bull****! Before taking up a contract to call people for their money, maybe get all information correctly and charge the company that hired you. Don't come at innocent people who's trying to make a living! If this doesn't stop I will be taking legal action against Saya Recoveries for harassment!

This company is all up to damn bull****!!!They are threatening me to pay premiums to which I don’t owe them anything because my contract has expired an I did call in to confirm that I won’t be continuing the contract. Up to date they are threatening me with debt collectors stating I owe them money. I have numerous emails stating my contract isn’t active anymore yet I’m still getting threats. You are guys are utterly pathetic!!!

To which I was told by 3 different people that when it’s time for my contract to expire I will be notified it’s going to expire an if I do wish to continue with the contract I must notify Planet fitness. To which I didn’t want to continue with contract. When gyms opened up after the lockdown there was no communication done to notify me that I will be debited to which is not even the amount that I initially agreed on. I have been getting debited triple my contract amount to which the contract is expired. I have numerous emails to state my contract is not valid anymore but I am still getting debited for something that isn’t even active. Due to COVID many people have salary cuts as well as some have lost their jobs yet Planet Fitness thinks it’s fine to debit people who are trying to make ends meet when we have absolutely nothing to do with the gym anymore. You guys are a bunch of frauds. I pay for bank charges when reversing money that’s being debited for your stupidity and not you! If this unnecessary debiting does not stop, I will be taking legal action against Planet Fitness.

My 2 year contract expired in June an I had no intention of renewing it. For the past 2 months I've been debited an amount of which was no where near my debit amount. I've reversed the debit orders(which I still need to pay for) yet still get SMS's stating I need to pay. I've emailed them twice already an I've only received an email stating my query will be closed yet no one has contacted me. I wont be paying for something that I'm not using and which in fact was supposed to be cancelled 5 months ago!!! When I try calling the call centre, I have to wait for more then 45 minutes to get an agent to speak to and when I do speak to someone they extremely rude an aren't of any help. Planet fitness is a bunch of useless frauds!!!
<p> </p> <p>I took out my medical aid on the 14th of March 2017</p> <p>A guy by the name of Sipho assisted me. He did say I will receive all necessary details including my medical aid card as well as vitality card in the next 6-8 weeks</p> <p>It is way past 6-8 weeks an I haven't received any mail from Discovery, yet I am being debited for something that I cannot even use.</p>
