Farmgate Dairy supplies Off Milk

Hi We have purchased 10 boxes of the farmgate dairy milk from a local supermarket, however we have been through 3 of the boxes and have opened a 4th box and all are off.. It's quite disappointing as that the customer service from Farmgate dairy is pathetic. I called them in today to report the milk and the lady was so rude she told me I can do what I want and cut the call... In a daily living these items are expensive. I do understand that I don't have the receipt as the purchase was done last month... They only wanna replace 2 out of my six boxes... What happens to the rest... I'm throwing away milk which is a cost to me... Milk is off and customer service is very poor... This is box milk and the expiry on the boxes say 19/08/2025 but it is already off... Wonder if the boxes have been re-dated. Frustrating honestly.
