Exceptional Service

I visited the store on Friday, 24 April, and I would like to compliment the team at the SouthGate Mall branch. I have two stores closer to me, but I always choose this branch because the service is consistently excellent. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with warm smiles, and every visit is a pleasure.

The staff always work hard to ensure customers are happy, and I noticed how quickly they keep the queue moving smoothly. A special shoutout to Lungelo, Maria, Koketso not sure of the name however it starts with a K and the rest of the ladies in the store.

I truly appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and amazing work ethic. Please keep up the great work and continue giving customers world-class service.
