Visited Fashion Fusion store in at 1. No lights and generator doesn't work or wasn't working 2. Staff can't greet 3. Absolutely no customer service

What an embarrassment moment with the poor service I had to experience 😞 so yesterday I was at Fashion Fusion at Maponya Mall looking forward taking out my lay-buy, so seeing that tht store is in partnership with Pay Just Now I wanted to use my Pay Just Now to take out my lay-buy bt wow the store manager/cashier not to sure wats her position told me I cannot use my Pay Just Now the 12 month option which they call it Pay Strecth, she told me I need to use the 3 months option so I want to find how can she tell me what option to use, next thing shes telling me I wont get the clothing they dont use the 12 months option that clearly makes no sense in hell to me I need this matter to be resolved hence I was so embarrassed infront of my kids this service was really uncalled for.... I called the Head office this morning regarding this query spoke to Layah and told me she will get back to me awaiting for the call till now

I would like to compliment Zoleka from Fashion Fusion at Southgate for her outstanding service. I had placed an order using the “Pay Just Now” payment option and later returned some of the items. While waiting for my refund, Zoleka went above and beyond by constantly following up on the process until my money was successfully paid back today. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out. It’s rare to find such committed customer service these days. Thank you, Zoleka, for your excellent assistance, you made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant!

Went to Mapnaya Mall Fashion Fusion on 05.10.2025 to buy some items. I paid with my card and was told that the transaction failed on their side but the money went out from my account. They then said I must pay again and the 1st transaction will be refunded back into my account. Till to date I haven't received the refund. I'm at the store again for the 3rd time today and they're telling me that they're still investigating.

On the 26th of September I received my online order, unfortunately 2 dresses didn't fit me well. I then requested a return order on the 1st of October till now I haven't gotten any reply from them. I will never ever buy online at Fashion Fushion

Very bad service , they shouldnt have an online store , they don't have the capacity to do business online, I've been calling and no answer, requesting a return on their site no respond , they should just stop online they don't know what they doing ... Bought a pair of boots in the beginning of June and received it mid June. Didn’t wear it for long and it broke. I emailed them and collection was arranged for them to assess.I HEAR NOTHING FROM THEM AFTER COLLECTING! I follow up via email. No response. I Call them in the beginning of August only to tell me the boots was sold out. I chose a refund and a report for refund was processed on the 05 of August. It’s the 11th of September and I call them ALL THE TIME!! The lady from head office takes my details each time and say someone from online department will get in touch. EK WAG NOU NOG!!!!!

I wanted to cancel laybye at Maponya Mall Fashion Fusion,they told me to pay it full with payflex in order to be refunded.I'm still waiting for my refund and it's more than a month now.They gave me contact numbers for their head office since there's nothing they can do for me and they put blame on payflex while I gave them my money not payflex.Their head office sent me an email stating that my issue has been resolved but I don't know how because I'm still waiting for my money.
