Very bad service at outside by ice cream I was complaining about one person serving out side his lady ana Cele said I will get hot until I get served service was so poor after shopping
Delay Despite 24-48 Hour Promise 😡 Mandate was accepted on Friday but payment still not be paid despite several follow up yet have been banking with fnb for a while if I went to another bank I would have gotten then money same time
Friendly reception and Dr Gokhul thank you guys you are doing the best to serve patients , ladies are welcoming and able to listen thank you once again for your service
My medical aid is still good they just need to add gym to give their members to gym so that they can be more healthier

Unhappy with Exchange Policy at Mister Price Pavilion Mister Price Customer Service, I recently bought items at your Pavilion store and wanted to exchange one. Despite having a receipt, you refused due to a missing product cover. The product was undamaged, and the receipt had all codes and proof of purchase. This was inconvenient - I drove 30km back for the cover, wasting time and money. Your staff were unhelpful. I feel the return policy was unfairly app****. - Issue: Refused exchange despite valid receipt I'd appreciate a review and resolution.
Bad service , I visited Game store today and found a school bag priced at R279. At checkout, I was shocked to see it ring up as R349. When I raised the concern, staff suggested I pay the higher price. This pricing error caused frustration and inconvenience. - The bag is sold at the advertised R279
I visited Clicks in kloof at the Phamarcy , and was assisted by Numfanelo. Unfortunately, she seemed rushed and didn't give me much attention, which made for a disappointing experience. Her service felt really poor. Yet I am spending lot of money when buying at Clicks if I were to chose clicks from Kloof I wouldn’t because of her pathetic service
