What an embarrassment moment with the poor service I had to experience 😞 so yesterday I was at Fashion Fusion at Maponya Mall looking forward taking out my lay-buy, so seeing that tht store is in partnership with Pay Just Now I wanted to use my Pay Just Now to take out my lay-buy bt wow the store manager/cashier not to sure wats her position told me I cannot use my Pay Just Now the 12 month option which they call it Pay Strecth, she told me I need to use the 3 months option so I want to find how can she tell me what option to use, next thing shes telling me I wont get the clothing they dont use the 12 months option that clearly makes no sense in hell to me I need this matter to be resolved hence I was so embarrassed infront of my kids this service was really uncalled for.... I called the Head office this morning regarding this query spoke to Layah and told me she will get back to me awaiting for the call till now
I ordered shoes for my son MD which will be next week, the size was to big i then requested Fastway couriers to collect the shoes and was collected on 30 October, since then I never got any feedback from Chekich I then managed to get the online agent or whatsoever she is Shakira Patel I communicated with her requesting for a size 9 exchange since the day of the collection but with no help she keeps on telling me she needs to hear from the store like really so where does this bad service leaves me and my son hence its his big day next week I need the shoes asap Bad service and no communication skills at all very disappointed honestly
Paid up account that was handed over for the 3rd time to 3 different companies... My cell c account of 2020/08 last payment date was 2023/07 then my small balance wasn't paid and account was handed over to CSS and settled in October 2024 settlement letter was provided.... early this year 2025 the same acc was handed over to DMC now this frustrated me and eventually I had to write a review on Hello Peter again it was resolved Ofentse Khumalo from the Cell C social media dept send me the paid up letter stating the account is paid up and they resolved the account with DMC now the damn same account is again handed over to Nimble Group now im damn lost like what the hell is goin on here I need this to be resolved again again again Regards Zerina 083 369 8294
Pathetic Service From one consultant to the other including their Held desk dept.... I received calls from 8 different consultants including emails regarding my cell c account after I have explained my self over and over I even send all the relevant paid up letters that I received this year from cell c stating the account has been cleared and removed hence the account was previously handed over to DMC aswell. I have sent the letters to Ntombi at Nimbles Help desk dept they should resolve it instead of 8 damn consultant calling me imagine I received a call last nite again @ 19:20 and this morning again no please get your fact straight with cell c hence Nimbles was just excited to buy accounts over tht was settled Regards Zerina
I opened an account with cell c 2020/08/25 account was short with a last payment due in 2023/07/26 which wasn't debited, however the account was handed over to CSS Solotions and attorney company which they contacted me I managed to settled the account in October 2024 they then provided me with the paid up letter and account was closed... Earlier this year in January I received a call from DMC telling this very same account from cell C was handed over to them with the same amount outstanding so this really ****ed me of I send to DMC the paid up letter I received from CSS DMC then send an email to Cell C Queries Resolutions Dept and cc me in the email hence they also want clarity on this account bt with no luck and up till today I haven't received any response from cell c neither DMC I need clarity asap regarding this matter hence its messing up my credit score more Regards Zerina Contact 083 369 8294
Good day I'm Zerina Cell c is now 1 place that can mess and **** up your credit score and ITC for nothing early last month I received an email from CSS attorney regarding my 2018 cell c contract that's wasn't paid up however it was a 24 month contact paid it up then after that I was granted credit for additional 3 upgrade with I'm still currently playing of monthly my 2 contacts with cell c so how come I only get informed now after +- 5 years that an 2018 account wasn't paid up this bull just don't make sense to I called cell c bt the consultants cannot give me relevant information regarding this handed over account of 2018 I need information and prove where I ddnt pay this account and if so why grant me additional 3 lines / contracts after a non payment on previous account I need clarity asap Regards Zerina ID 8805020208082 Contact 083 369 8294
It's been now a month and I still didn't get assistance Hlengiwe from your social media department was very helpful at first doing her investigations etc. but still awaiting her to gve me feedback regarding the refund. Cell c retentions department consultant called me on Monday stating my contracts that I ddnt sign up for was cancel and he confirmed that my new debit order in total will be R408 for both my current contracts which I was happy to hear however I was clearly fooled because in total I was debited R996 so I called cell c this morning they gve me a case no 3072800490 and the consultant is telling me that I will get refunded in the next 7 days. With that I'm damn not gonna allow to wait that long I need my money ASAP in my account I was very lenient with cell c since last month this service is unacceptable really
Cell c is giving me the run around after I pleaded and requesting them to please close the 3 gig SIM only deal that I didn't sign up for never mind they promised that I will get a refund high and low they requested my Bank statements sworn affidavit and I copy Wich I emailed if been put tru from pillar to post via emails to resend the documents however it was received eventually but now I was told to go to a cell c store to go listen to a recording now they making it more inconveniently for me I must do the up and down after they made mistakes.... Cell c I pleaded with u to pls close/cancel my contract that I ddnt sign up for Thanks
Im Zerina Mohammed I have been a client with cell c for the past 4 years however the month of June my cell c contract came to an end so I was informed that I must call in 03 July 2023 then only they can close my contact and won't be billed for the month of July. However I was billed for a 3 gig SIM only deal that I didn't sign up for and my account was debited for that SIM only deal. I called cell c spoke to a consultant but she wasn't helpfull and couldn't pick up where the error was at all and adviced me to email my Bank statements that's was debited an affidavit and ID copy. I then email all the documentation to *****query@cellc.co.za and to customerservice@cellc.co.za . I received and email from them that I had to wait 48 hours for feedback but up to this damn day I haven't received and help from them it's disgusting how Im been treated and I had to damn pay for a SIM that I didn't sign up for like they say all call are being recorded so I demand a copy and proof as to where I agreed for this sim only deal. Further more I demand a cancellation on this contract and a full refund in furious because they have been giving me the run around and nothing gets resolved Poor Poor *****ulent Service from Cell C
I have 2 contracts with Cell c so for the past 3 months my 1 contract has not been debited however the 1 is being debited as usual. So since last month i have been contacting Cell C to ask why dont they debit so the consultant told me that they dont get the funds in my account. So this month i phoned them and we arranged for the arrears to be debited on 27th but nothing yet so i phoned them as so why they did not do the debit order the consultant is telling me that i should phone the Legal department so im like what the hell is really goin on with this account this is really bull
