I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Chekich online shop. An order placed on the October 4th remains undelivered, and despite requesting a refund, I have received neither the product nor the refund. Attempts to contact them via calls and whatsapp have been unsuccessful with responses lacking personalization, indicating a lack of seriousness in customer service.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others. I bought a shoe from Chekish South Africa on 12 Dec 2025, paid in full via Pay Just Now (first payment taken, followed by two month-end deductions in Dec and Jan). Despite their 7-day delivery policy, I still haven't received my shoe. It's been about 2 months, and I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and service. No response to WhatsApp, email, or any other platform. No accountability, no refund, and no delivery. R900 down the drain. To Checkish SA: Sort out your customer service and honour your delivery commitments. To anyone who's had a similar experience: Please share how you resolved this. I'm desperate for help getting my refund. Hello Peter (Chekish SA), if you're reading this, I'd appreciate a response. Ifc can assist in resolving this, I'd be grateful.

I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my order placed on 20th November 2025 for a pair of sneakers. My cousin sent me R2,500 for this purchase, and I opted to pay via PayJustNow as a first-time user. The first installment of R719.66 was deducted immediately, yet my order has never been delivered. I have followed up multiple times since 27th November, only to receive vague and repetitive responses stating that the order was being prepared or awaiting courier collection. This lack of communication is unacceptable. As Christmas approached, my cousin still did not receive his sneakers, so I reimbursed him. Despite this, my order has still not arrived, and my attempts to contact PayJustNow have been ignored or met with delays. The second installment has already been deducted, and I will not pay for an order I never received. I am writing to demand an immediate full refund. I no longer want the sneakers. If the refund is not processed before 20th January 2026, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities, my bank, and relevant social media channels. This situation is unacceptable and demonstrates gross negligence in customer service. I expect confirmation of my refund and a clear timeline for when the funds will be returned. I will not tolerate any further delays.

very bad service I logged a return on the 31/10/2025 requested a refund because size was small till to date I havent received my refund I even bought another sneaker i have never experienced such a bad service not to lie their sneakers are good quality and they dont come cheap as well but their service is awfull!!!!!!!!!
