I would like clarity on the expected turnaround time for a confirmation email, as I placed my order on 20 March, which is well beyond the communicated 3–5 working day timeframe. I have followed up multiple times via the support email address with no response received. I also contacted the WhatsApp support line, where I was requested to send a screenshot of my order, which I did. To date, I have still not received any feedback or update. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and urgency being app**** to this matter. This level of service is concerning, particularly as I have never experienced issues with my previous orders. The situation has become increasingly frustrating, especially as I do not have a tracking number to monitor the status of my order. I request immediate feedback and resolution on this matter.
