Substandard service
I would like clarity on the expected turnaround time for a confirmation email, as I placed my order on 20 March, which is well beyond the communicated 3–5 working day timeframe. I have followed up multiple times via the support email address with no response received. I also contacted the WhatsApp support line, where I was requested to send a screenshot of my order, which I did. To date, I have still not received any feedback or update. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and urgency being app**** to this matter. This level of service is concerning, particularly as I have never experienced issues with my previous orders. The situation has become increasingly frustrating, especially as I do not have a tracking number to monitor the status of my order. I request immediate feedback and resolution on this matter.

bad service ever
i took out a laptop contract with them in Feb around the 6th and was approved but they did not have the modem/rooters so promised to call me the following Monday which they did not.Had to drive the following weekend to Bloemfontein to find out what happening because if i call them they take my details and promise to call me of which they fail to do. And when got there was told that there is some problems regarding Vodacom contracts and they are with the manager and will let me know if they resolved the matter. The second week passed without hearing from them and went back again on the 15th and still was told that an ex-employee messed up with the clients contracts and they are busy sorting it out and they will get back to me for the 2nd time and failed to do. Bare in mind that have to travel 80 k's specially for them. The fourth week came and passed and also the 5th one without any response. Than decided to go in again last Wednesday and eventually was helped but was offered a displayed product and accepted because i need it and to come in the following day as they were busy with the settings. Was told that the sim card will be active after 24hrs but till today is still inactive.
