Went to Mapnaya Mall Fashion Fusion on 05.10.2025 to buy some items. I paid with my card and was told that the transaction failed on their side but the money went out from my account. They then said I must pay again and the 1st transaction will be refunded back into my account. Till to date I haven't received the refund. I'm at the store again for the 3rd time today and they're telling me that they're still investigating.
Linteg Fibre is so pathetic. Been without internet for a week now! Paying for a service but unable to use it. It's December holidays, schools are closed. My kids can't use the internet. Please tell me what must happen now?? Im only using your services because IHS didn't give us any other choice. Some of us rely on the internet to be able to work from home. Now I'm forced to go to the office because of your poor service🚮🚮. Busy sending us sms's that don't even make sense!
I just can't wait to finish paying HOMECHOICE. I don't ever wish to do business with them. I mean who said everyone gets paid early in December?? Even so, the people who get paid in December they get paid on the 15th. So why the HELL did you debit on the 14 nogal???!!!!!!!!!!! Who gave you permission to do so because i gave you he date of the 25th?? Now my account is on a minus and creating a bad record for me. You are so unprofessional and pathetic!! What annoys me most is that you even took more than the debit order amount!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've never had to deal with such unprofessional people in my life. They deduct the instalment on my account whenever they want to, and not on the agreed date as per my contract with them. Can't wait to finish paying them because i don't see myself doing business with them ever again! I've wrote emails and even called them but it looks like i was just wasting my time!!!!
I'm so FURIOUS right now. I have an account with GAME(RCS). Their call centre agents and team leaders's service is pathetic. I made a payment on my GAME account on 23.11.2018 and it went through on 26.11.2018. The payment was made via the GAME app using my bank card details. I've been doing so for the past 2 months and there was never a problem. Now the payment is not reflecting on their side and unfortunately there's no proof of payment(that's usually the case when the payment is done via the app). However the payment IS reflecting on my statement. They don't want the statement, they want proof. Now where must i get that because the bank doesn't issue one??? I logged a call on 26.11.2018. 7 days later there's still no feedback!!. Every time i call them on the number ********** , i'm told that the team leader will give me a call, I gave them the amount paid and the date and they said they will trace the payment. I'm still waiting....and that means the account is "not paid". Next thing i'll be receiving calls for late payments and i have to explain the same thing over and over AGAIN!! I spoke to Zama from the call centre and she escalated the matter to Arshaad and Chulekazi. Can i please get feedback or a way forward to this matter.
