So i saw 2 really stunning dress that I liked and ordered both and threw in a couple of other items. They had a deal Buy one Get one and this was activating on the items that qualified in my cart. I reached out before making the order sending screenshots of the error and they stated they would assist me on this. So I went ahead cause I needed this dress! , only to find out that they can’t help me at all!!!!!!!
They know the order was done and can see the error but I can’t get my money back I can’t even get a gift card! No effort to ease or help me out I’m really disgruntled but this. So I must suffer the loss and pay extra when I’m not at fault, this is a multi million industry I think they can sacrifice a return of the customers money to keep them. And when I get this item imma have to pay to return this and end up with a gift card to deal with them all over again. Ha. Not gonna happen I’m over them completely.
Done done done done . Too many other places that sell amazing clothes to be stuck on a company that doesn’t even make a effort to help the customer out
