No Delivery, No Communication
I am extremely disappointed with Fashion Nova’s service regarding my order 171485496. I paid for shipping, yet my order has been unreasonably delayed with no clear communication or accountability from the company. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, there has been no meaningful update or confirmed delivery timeline. This experience has been highly unprofessional and frustrating. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic information after payment has already been made. I am requesting immediate intervention, a clear update on the status of my order, and a confirmed delivery date. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate further, including pursuing a chargeback for non-delivery. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering, especially if delivery timelines are important.

Dissatisfied- shipment delayed

I got ****med
They debited my credit card but never sent me a confirmation email nor send the item I ordered. Be careful I got ****med. No phone numbers to call, their email has no response. I’m hurt by this.

Fashion nova is the worst place ever I placed my order the 3 of June it’s been over 16 days! They Never sent anything my parcel is on one place the entire time 👎🥱been messaging them they send me the same email always I needed my dress for my birthday dinner

Just be careful when making an order
So i saw 2 really stunning dress that I liked and ordered both and threw in a couple of other items. They had a deal Buy one Get one and this was activating on the items that qualified in my cart. I reached out before making the order sending screenshots of the error and they stated they would assist me on this. So I went ahead cause I needed this dress! , only to find out that they can’t help me at all!!!!!!! They know the order was done and can see the error but I can’t get my money back I can’t even get a gift card! No effort to ease or help me out I’m really disgruntled but this. So I must suffer the loss and pay extra when I’m not at fault, this is a multi million industry I think they can sacrifice a return of the customers money to keep them. And when I get this item imma have to pay to return this and end up with a gift card to deal with them all over again. Ha. Not gonna happen I’m over them completely. Done done done done . Too many other places that sell amazing clothes to be stuck on a company that doesn’t even make a effort to help the customer out
