**** alert... I bought some nice pants that I was supposed to wear for events.. they Said the delivery was 20 November, I'm still waiting.. bo communication ,nothing whatsoever...

Product not delivered.. Poor Service and Communication
I bought 3 items on the 5th of Feb, I only recieved 2 and there's 1 missing.. no communication whatsoever as to when am I going to get my product.. what a trash store.. I don't even want the shirt anymore I want my money back.. had I checked the reviews initially I wouldn't have bought here. ..!!!

We don't only complain, we also applaud for all the good work being done.. after complaining my death claim process, I was assisted in less that 12 hours.. I really appreciate, the funeral also went well..

Death claim- No response since the 17th of Jan
I've sent a death claim on 17 January 2024, from my knowledge of when i started joining i was told the money will be paid withing 24hours, i am still waiting. No communication, nothing... the funeral is on Saturday and i haven't received anything...the worst...
