Made an order on the 28th of January 2026 and the confirmation states that my order would have arrived in 5-7 working days. To date i still have not received my order and the status has not changed.

Absolutely traumatised by this online store. Purchased a sneaker in December 2025 as a Christmas gift for my husband and the size was too big. Tried to return it to several stores so that he can use it over Christmas and was told that the online store operate independently and it needs to be returned online, through courier. The return site does not work, so had to log a ticket. It’s been countless emails back and forth. Only for the same generic feedback that Aramex is yet to confirm a pick up date. I’ve done returns through couriers before and I know that it’s not a complex process. I am more than a 1.5k less without a shoe that anyone can fit into because the size is so whack and I cant even return it. It’s been a nightmare. Please save your money if you are planning on buying from this horrid brand who do not care for their customers.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from G-start at Mall of Africa, first of all the guy who assisted me was unfriendly. He intentionally gave me the wrong size, because they wanted to meet their target. I asked for XS, but he gave me medium. I got to see it when I arrived home. When I checked online stock availability, it showed they don’t have XS. I need G-Star to arrange and pick this up, and give me the correct size, because I don’t have petrol to run around. The name of the cashier is Lehlogonolo or Sandile, he is tall and light in complexion.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from G-Star. I arranged a return for an unwanted item, but the parcel was not collected on the scheduled date. Since then, I have experienced delays, poor follow-up, and a lack of resolution. I should not have to keep chasing customer service for something as basic as a return collection. This process has been frustrating, inconvenient, and time-consuming, and it does not meet the standard of service I would expect from a brand like G-Star. Overall, this has been a very poor experience, and I am dissatisfied with how my issue has been handled.

I placed and received confirmation of my order with G-Star RAW on 28 November 2024. To date, nothing has been delivered. I have tried to find a working contact number or email for G-Star RAW, but there is no support information available on the website, which is extremely worrying for an international brand. A waybill number was created with Aramex, and Aramex confirmed that the waybill exists, but they have not received the parcel from G-Star RAW. This means the order was never handed over for shipping. I would like my order delivered immediately, or a refund issued. I also expect proper communication and a working customer support channel.
