Bad Customer Service - Menlyn Mall, Pretoria

I returned an item for refund after 17:00pm at your store in Menlyn Maine, Pretoria I am then told by the cashier that they do not have cash. I then ask him so what must happen because I am not exchanging the item I want my money back! He then suggests that he can refund the debit card so I agreed to that option he then processes the refund I then get a text thinking it my bank notification which I was about to be ignore and when I grab my phone to check because it was from the store he then tells me I will be refunded within 7days.

This is utter ******* my payment was cash immediate and not on account you guys did not have to wait 7 days for my money to be cleared and reflect in your account I am not having this nonsense.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN N WILL ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE THAT I SEE WEARING YOUR BRAND ABOUT YOUR ****TY RETURN POLICY FOR A CASH REFUND.

I’d expect such a policy for online purchases not for an over the counter transaction.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE FROM THE STORE LEVEL AT MENLYN MALL INCLUDING YOUR CASH REFUND POLICY!!!
