Poor service from Telkom Insur
My experience with Telkom insure was very very poor, I had a few insurances with the for my gadgets that I had bought at Telkom, my cellphone needed to be fixed, and I contacted them informed them, they then told me to drop the phone at the nearest Telkom store, so I which I did. It was on the 09 April 2025 when I handed my phone to the nearest telkom Store, from there it was just a mess, I struggled to communicate with the people to get an update, I only even recieved my phone on the 2nd week of August, so I which I had requested that it should be sent back u repaired due to the high Access. The company was better before they had a good turnaround te bit now since they had change their underwriter to OMART, SO and the WWAS thing, they are a mess. Thank you

Cellphone insurance
I have been using this company for my cellphone insurances through Telkom, wow they have assisted me once in the past, and all their processes were speedy and the communication was just so up to date. Every second day they update you on the proceedings, j am currently awaiting a replacement cellphone from them now, I am so impressed with their service. I highly recommend Administration Plus for cellphone insurance.

I bought a pair of Kurt Geiger shoes, about a few months back, the quality of the laces was very poor, I took the shoes back to them, they only replaced the laces and now I am stuck with a pair of expensive shoes with broken laces
