I went to checkers at the mushroom farm (the precinct)in Midrand to buy a JVC TV that’s on promotion,I spoke to an admin clerk, who said the system showed that they have 16 in stock,I asked the guy by the name of Tshepo to assist me to buy one,Tshepo said there is no stock. So there is no need for us to go shopping there, as they set aside stock for their staff.
I am very disappointed with the service I received from G-start at Mall of Africa, first of all the guy who assisted me was unfriendly. He intentionally gave me the wrong size, because they wanted to meet their target. I asked for XS, but he gave me medium. I got to see it when I arrived home. When I checked online stock availability, it showed they don’t have XS. I need G-Star to arrange and pick this up, and give me the correct size, because I don’t have petrol to run around. The name of the cashier is Lehlogonolo or Sandile, he is tall and light in complexion.
I visited cashbuild in Olievenhoutbosch plaza on Sunday to buy few things ,I received a terrible bad customer service from the lady by the name of Katlego ,this is not first time,I spoke to the manager first time about it,I believe nothing happened because I haven’t received any feedback and the lady still behave the same.So what transpired is that I went to her till to pay “i greeted her and ask if she is open for payment “her response was “I wouldn’t be here if I wasn’t open “I kept quiet.Then I gave her the code for the door because I couldn’t take it to the till and she said it wrong while sitting down and I asked her to come and check because I don’t understand how they’re code works,she said it’s not her responsibility.my questions was who’s responsible for that as I don’t work there and I don’t understand how they work.she started shouting,I will never ever do my shopping at cashbuild
I honestly regret the first day I trusted Nedbank with my money, they debited me twice for no reason I contacted them they said they would refund me within 3 days, but we are now on two weeks with no refund. My daughter is now expelled from school because I couldn’t pay fees due to Nedbank taking my money, from 28/10/24 till today, am very hurt and disgruntled, what about my daughter's future, I know they don’t care
Am so disappointed with Nedbank's poor service, I have a home loan with Nedbank, and they debited me twice, without providing me with a valid reason for that, I have a log for a refund they refuse to refund me, but my account is not in arrears, which was even confirmed by them, however am not assisted, I called them since from 9 in the morning, now it’s 2 pm, they transfer me from one to another. I regret the first day I trusted them with my money.
Am so disappointed with how Absa treated me as a client, I have a personal loan with Absa that I know it’s my responsibility to repay, however, I spoke to them and made arrangements to say this month I can pay half installment since I got a salary cut at work. Absa agreed with me that they would debit half and give me at least 2 months to sort myself out, but now they have debited all my salary, and I don’t even have R100 to buy food. I don’t know how am I going to survive with my family. Am deeply hurt.

I bought a property and I was assisted by your company, your estate agent by the name of Abram Mudau, from the Polokwane branch. The transferring of the property was done and my bank released money, but I still don’t have keys nor access to the house that I bought, I don’t know the sellers but it’s your company that knows them including the sales agent. I bought a vehicle at Kia Roodepoort,I regret my decision for choosing Kia.3 month of having the vehicle brakes failed,I contacted them…the guy by the name Wilton was very rude and never even bother to contact me back as he promised,I had to wait for feedback until I had to call him back.
I was driving in Tembisa last night around 8pm,then I bumped into one of your car,I was harassed and insulted by your driver,he was not driving well ,he was with ladies they insulted me either..he opened my car and took my key ,he was busy taking pictures inside out,now my wallet is gone.please tell him I want my wallet,they took advantage of because am a woman,I’ve always been a Cartrack before I never see such in my life.I asked him to call police he disagreed,he said he is using procedure.I feel humiliated by your driver and his girlfriends.please ask him to return my wallet.,,,his registration number is FW59RD GP,I want my wallet please
I so feel happy with nedbank, I love nedbank whole heartedly. I never been disappointed by nedbank from their services and employees. They help me with anything that I want to know and understand.its so convenient, they respond quickly. Honestly I feel home with nedbank.... I love you so much nedbank keep it up........
