Hey guys I bought a car Renault Kwid at Kia Roodepoort with 3 months the car was overheating I try to contact the manager but he was not interested in my situation he just told me I must go to the lawyers

Terrible annoying service. I went in on 03/10/2025 to get my car checked with motorite and the terrible annoying service i received was below zero. The lady is so confused and her helper sounded like they do not know what to do. I will never return to this dealership again!!! Utterly useless.

I brought my car in for a service this morning at 7am. When bringing it in one of the employees was burning something and blowing it around the whole office, it looked ritualistic and I felt uncomfortable by that. By 13:50 I had not had any communication from KIA Roodepoort. When I called to get an update a gentleman answered. I was told by him that I was being put through to the servicing department, but instead the call was ended. When I called back again the same gentleman answered and I told him that he had ended the call and he denied that it was him. When I asked him to put me through to the servicing department again he said he'll do so but ended the call. I eventually got assisted in a third call.

I recently purchased a second-hand Toyota vehicle, and my experience has been quite frustrating. After the sale was finalized, getting something as basic as the service book and a second key has been a constant struggle. The dealership has been unresponsive to my messages, and it’s clear that once you've signed the purchase contract, customer care is no longer a priority for them. I advise others to be cautious and ensure all promised items are received before signing anything.
