I brought my car in for a service this morning at 7am. When bringing it in one of the employees was burning something and blowing it around the whole office, it looked ritualistic and I felt uncomfortable by that. By 13:50 I had not had any communication from KIA Roodepoort. When I called to get an update a gentleman answered. I was told by him that I was being put through to the servicing department, but instead the call was ended. When I called back again the same gentleman answered and I told him that he had ended the call and he denied that it was him. When I asked him to put me through to the servicing department again he said he'll do so but ended the call. I eventually got assisted in a third call.
At this stage MTN has proven themselves to be unprofessional and a money hungry entity! They've been sending me emails saying that I need to pay them R180, and when I ask them what it's for I do not get a response. The R180 is not declared on any of the statements they send me! And now they are threatened me with legal action if I do not pay for this undeclared R180, and no top of that they are claiming that I have not paid for my last statement, even though I obviously did, as money was taken from my account!
Once again I have to come and give a bad review about Old Mutual, because just when I thought that I was finally being assisted they have no gone quiet. I put in a claim to withdraw my funds and close my account with them. The first half of the process went well, however, now they have stopped communicating with me when it's time to actually pay out. On 18 Jan they said that the process would take 2-4 working days, it is now 01 Feb and I still haven't received my money or communication from them, despite me sending an email to them. I will never recommend Old Mutual or ever use them again. Their service is bad and they have no respect for us as clients!
I have called old mutual twice, and everytime I hold for an agent the call automatically goes to a survey then ends after that, without me even getting a chance to speak to an agent!
How is it legal to open up policies for people without their knowledge or consent! I have just received notifications from MiWayLife claiming that I am now a policy holder with them! No one called to sell the product to me, they just take your details without your knowledge and open up policies using your personal details. I don't see how this is legal in any way.
I was told that I would receive my package between 8-10am today and it is way past that time. I have called DSV twice and was put on hold after speaking to two agents, with each call being cut! This is the second time that a package is not arriving when it should. The delivery people or the agents don't even care to call and to let you know if there's any delays. DSV's service is pathetic.
I've had finrite administrators as insurance for my phone. I've had the insurance since July 2018. Finrite advised me through a document that if I claim during the first 12 months of my insurance policy then I'd be liable to pay an access fee for the repairs. I have now had the policy for 24 months, I have sent my phone in for repairs, and despite their regulations, they still asking me to pay an access fee to get my phone repaired. I have tried to dispute this by sending emails and calling their offices, but they have not responded at all. I am frustrated with them and wouldn't advise anyone to use their services.
Every time I take my car to them I get great service. They go above and beyond and always do a great job. Excellent service indeed.
The owner of Wise Choice Recruitment (Henning) who communicates directly with candidates is extremely rude and lacks the basic professional communication s****s needed for normal human interaction. I sent all necessary details when I was requested. He was not clear about what all he requested from the start. The first email was my application with all the requested documents, the second consisted a photo and qualifications which he requested with me explaining that my portfolio is an online portfolio because it consists of videos and other mediums of design. The third email was me requesting a cancelation of the application. The owner kept asking for a portfolio which I sent in the first email I sent. After he asked for the third time I requested that cancel my application as I was irritated by his nagging without explanation. He then sent a highly unprofessional response to me which I will quote. Ive already sent your application to my client You cancel the application only because I ask for a portfolio ?? Please do not apply for positions if you not interested Don’t worry I will cancel it " I then shared my distaste with his response and attitude in general. and to that reply I received another unprofenssional response: Good luck with your complaint It took you 3 emails to respond correctly As this agency belongs to me I wish you all the best with your complaint You are unprofessional with no attention to detail Please do not mail me again or I will see this as harassment Your application cancelled as requested"
I am utterly disgusted by the way my former institution is treating me as their graduate. I was once proud to be a graduate of The University of Johannesburg but now I am just highly disappointed. I have been trying to apply for a refund for three weeks now and until today I have not gotten any response from them. My calls have been ignored as well as my emails. Below are the names, numbers and email address of the individuals I was told to contact by the Student Finance department ********** Brenda Buys - ********** , ********** Reginald Mbele - ********** , ********** Yolanda Trican - ********** Mzwakhe Matukane - ********** The University of Johannesburg keeps taking off interest from the money in my student account, and this is unacceptable! I was not even notified of the available funds in the account. If I did not decide to check my account randomly I would never have known. I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND HIGHLY DISGUSTED IN THE UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG!!!
