No Delivery, No Communication

I am extremely disappointed with Fashion Nova’s service regarding my order 171485496. I paid for shipping, yet my order has been unreasonably delayed with no clear communication or accountability from the company. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, there has been no meaningful update or confirmed delivery timeline. This experience has been highly unprofessional and frustrating. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic information after payment has already been made. I am requesting immediate intervention, a clear update on the status of my order, and a confirmed delivery date. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate further, including pursuing a chargeback for non-delivery. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering, especially if delivery timelines are important.
