Standard bank ***** department is hard at work, keep up the great job. Today I could have lost so much money thanks to you as always ***** department declined the transactions and contacted me. You deserve a 10star rating I’m so grateful 🙏🏽
They debited my credit card but never sent me a confirmation email nor send the item I ordered. Be careful I got ****med. No phone numbers to call, their email has no response. I’m hurt by this.
One person owned website, he ****med me , I don’t even think it’s a registered company. I bought directly on their website not on social networks and I never got my order. I was communicating with the guy on WhatsApp he has excuses everyday. In the end I never got my order, a month has passed now, I requested a refund , no response. If you are considering trying them like I also did my advise is to save ur money and go buy from a trusted supplier. These people who **** us online must be made to pay somehow cause it’s becoming a norm now that when someone js broke they design a website and post items which they don’t have.
It’s been 2weeks since i opened a transactional account at ABSA. So absa bank’s system allows me to open a mere transactional account, I transfer the money into my account from my other bank, it also goes through. Now the problem comes when I need to use my funds - the app tells me there’s a Hold on my account, I go back to the branch where I opened the account, no one sees the hold, I call their ***** department, the guy also can’t see. Now I desperately need to use my funds- I go to the tellers, they also can’t withdraw my funds cos there’s a hold on my account- I’m being tested Here! I think this is one of the many reasons I closed my accounts with ABSA previously, just when I think of opening a 32days notice to save my money then I get another bad experience! I tell them to close my accounts, they also can’t do it cause of confirmed ***** on my account- so now it’s as if I’m a *****ster with my own money and own fingerprints, I don’t understand this! What an inconvenience and continued bad experience.
I placed an order on the 30th of May 2023, i waited outside as soon as i got a notification on the app that my food was on the way, i waited outside and the delivery guy struggled with my delivery, i gave him my cell number on the app to call me but he didn't call me, i asked for his number so i can call him to find out where he was but he didn't respond. His head office called me twice from this number 0129410424, the second call was when their office guy was telling me that he is cancelling the order and i will get my refund. I called the next day to find out when i can expect my refund, he told me it will take up to 7days for the funds to appear in my account. Today is the 7th of June i call the callcentre they are telling me that they cannot help me because i did not log a complaint within 48hours. On my app it shows that the order was cancelled, the office guy told me il get my refund so how was i supposed to know that i must log a complaint? AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, ITS SO HARD TO GET HOLD OF TAKEALOT/MR DELIVERY HEADOFFICE. SOMEONE PROCESS MY REFUND PLEASE, YOU CAN EVEN SEE ON YOUR SIDE THAT I DID NOT GET THE FOOD, ITS ONLY FAIR THAT I GET MY FULL MONEY BACK. ORDER #DFD157665935. I’m VERY AGITATED 😠 A stop order went from my account on the 25th of October to my closed account at Mercantile bank. I waited for the stop order to be reversed within 10days but nothing happened until I called Capitec’s client care and a case was opened for me regarding the stop order! Today I wake up to an amount of R160.00 charged to my Capitec account when I call to find out wha it is for they tell me it’s a Debit order recall fee. They charge me R160.00 for trying to get me my funds back regardless of whether I get my money back or not😳Who does that? To make matters even worse, it’s that the stop order was meant for Mercantile bank which is now part ofCapitec but they both can’t locate my funds instead they charge me extra! This is daylight robbery! Capitec attracted us with less charges now they are taking advantage of us! This is the same reason I closed my accounts with Mercantile Bank! My sister who was with me throughout this incident recently opened a Capitec account cause of me but she’s also now no longer interested in Capitec! This is how y’all lose clients! I don’t see myself recommending clients to Capitec just for this!
A Rental Agency in Potchefstroom. They are only focused on making money from the less fortunate using a debt collector to overcharge us. They are quick to make you sign their contract without making you aware of their main terms and conditions. I signed a lease agreement with them and after staying for a month I had to go back home because I lost my job. I explained to them my shortcomings in an email and the lady told me that email will serve as 20days written notice, later (after a month) they sent me a statement saying I owe them R14k as early cancellation charge which was not communicated by the time I sent them an email that I will be moving out of their flat. They then told me that i either pay that amount for 5months rent or I get someone to take over my lease. I quickly found a person to continue with my lease, I communicated with them on how we can go about but they did not respond to my emails while their debt collector continued to send me statements with legal fees included. I later found another person to take over my lease and I sent a complaint to the Northwest Tribunal to intervene on the matter. We went to court and the Rental Agency Representative came with a reduced statement of R4508.00 and the court’s ruling was that I will pay them R500 every month directly to their account not to their debt collector. I have been honouring my payments while sending them proof of payments. They don’t confirm receipt of payments nor send me the updated statement. When I finally got hold of 1 of them they send their debt collector to communicate with me by sending me the statement which is more than our agreed outstanding cancellation fee because she included her legal costs. They did not even include all my payments on the statement. My question was “if I already went to court and I have been paying the amount I was ordered to pay which stipulated that no legal fees will be included unless if I default on my payments why are you including legal fees?” Anyone trying to rent out any of their properties please please please be aware that their main focus is on making extra money from you not to help you out. When you need them they will be hard to get hold of, as long as you signed their lease agreement that’s all they want, so be aware where you put your signature and why. And I’m still to verify that debt collector if she’s indeed registered to practice law and whom I’m convinced is in-house. They don’t even give you a chance to fail paying the debt before they can include legal costs. Please be aware that there is a “law firm” they are trying to grow on the side. They don’t care about you as a tenant they just want your money.
I bought R200 airtime using my fnb App to my surprise to this date the 8th April my airtime has not yet been loaded. I called Fnb call centre on the 2nd of April, stayed on the line for 42min with no positive outcome. I went to my nearest branch on the 4th to get a statement showing the transaction so that I can send it to CellC. I did that, CellC maintains they never got the Money from FNB and FNB maintains that they paid CellC for my transaction. I called FNB again today only spoke to ladies who didn’t care to even escalate my problem, i asked for the reference number RX22040841723. Because the number on my app and my statement is the correct number for my CellC data sim and my airtime was not loaded who’s gonna refund me my money? Are you telling me that I must lose money to such BIG Companies during this pandemic? Now my work is stuck because I use that data for business, I can’t send emails or do anything on the internet. I need my airtime or my R200 refunded. My CellC number 074 369 5530 which I bought using my business account. After this experience I don’t see how I should trust airtime bought on the App. Someone attend to my issue please, I’m so not losing my money especially when I pay so much on bank charges
