Marketing not so marketing

When I signed up with these guys, I thought my website was going to rank well on Google. It did not. When you search for them on Google, you will also find that they even do not rank well themselves.

When I tried to cancel the contract after six months of not getting a return of my investment, I was told I needed to stick with them for 12 months (that is until Jan 2019). Attempts to resolve the issue with them proved fruitless. They promised to call me. When they called me I was in meetings. They never called, but continue to to send me their invoices.

I do not know how else to deal with them.
