The worst mistake I made in 2026 was signing up with Fastr.
My debit order was successfully deducted on 02 March 2026, yet on 09 March 2026 my fibre service was suddenly blocked due to “non-payment”.
Since then, I have tried to resolve the issue by contacting their call centre. I made three calls on 09 March: • One agent answered, greeted me, placed me on hold, and then the call was disconnected. • The other calls were simply dropped.
I have also sent two emails and have received no response.
Today is 11 March 2026 and the issue is still not resolved.
It is extremely frustrating to have your service suspended when payment has already been made, and even more concerning when there is no proper customer support available to resolve the issue.
At this point, I have requested the cancellation of my service due to the poor service and lack of communication.
I would strongly advise potential customers to consider this before signing up.
