The customer service from the branch in Ermelo is terrible; they lack communication. I bought a Panel FTS 1842sp-inch smart TV in 31October 2025, and it only worked for one month. On December 28, 2025, it just went blank—no picture or audio. I immediately returned it to the store for repair or replacement, but I was told I needed to wait six weeks. The store recorded the Booking date as 04/01/26. They always promise to resolve issues with an update, but nothing is done, and the problem has continued since then. As of now, six weeks later, the issue still hasn't been fixed. ,can I get refund already bought new TV because seems like the do not care about their customers.
